Hello, thank you for making the videos. How do you remove the broken aluminium bolt? Is it possible to change the conductor plate for a new one or used second hand one? I read all controls are paired to the specific car now.
I got lucky and drilled down the center of the bolt and re-tapped the hole. All of the bolts are torque to yeild and are recommended to be replaced. the dealer sells them all. I have heard that you can use the Launch scanner to transfer the program from one plate to the other. I have not done it myself as we do not have that one, but have a friend that says it works. So you can do new or used. Otherwise you need to go to an authorized dealer.
