      Hi, I want to purchase the Recovery Kit, but on Amazon it asks what size Kit or Kit2. What is the difference and which one is it?

    have not done any stretching at all for 20 years and i did some this past weekend and 2 hours later
    I felt so dang good! it was amazing. At first I did not think it was from stretching but now I know it was.

    as a dancer who stretches a lot and most the time, forget to warm up before, these sort of videos help me alot

    I’ve had lots of problems with my legs-I’m super tight everywhere, and always feel like something is going to rip or pop😬

    I wanna know how to tighten or tense the whole body muscles while lying down in a single go from toe to head and then releasing from head to toe.

    2 days ago I jogged too much ... I even did the sprints... So since 2 days , muscles between my knees and feet really hurt...
    Pls suggest me some exercises as I don't have the roller pin

    My Wife (age 38) has muscular stiffness in thai and shin. She is not a walk. Many treatment taken by Neurologist and Rheumatologist but nothing work. Kindly suggest any treatment.I will reality thankful to you.

    thanks it’s my first year of track and we did running for about two weeks and it just started and now my legs are so sore and my coach told me to do some leg stretch 😭

    Don't have a rolling stick or that rubber band. Gotta think of something else to use. I'm try that last exercise hope it works.

    Thanks for the reminder to get my rolling stick back out, especially for my calves. Have you tried something like the Tim Tam yet? I just got one about a week ago and I'm really liking it, a DPT perspective would be awesome!

      As long as you don't have any heart or circulation issues, yes, that is best, but not necessary.

    I was in a car accident when I was younger. So my left tendense is more tighter than my right leg. Is that why I don’t flat foot?

      If you don’t mind me asking what has lead to that? I only ask because I recently have had a level T4 Spinal Cord injury, and they are two hurdles I cannot surpass , yet. Can you hold your bladder, I cannot, it is embarrassing even in private, I definitely feel your pain.

    I have a problem in my legs where they get extremely tight at my calves around the outside almost close to my shins. Especially when I’m trying to run or if I’m playing soccer. I’m 99% sure it has to do with my lack of flexibility in my lower body. I’m about as flexible as an oak wood board in my legs. I haven’t been able to touch my toes since elementary school (I’m 22 now). Does anyone have any tips or stretches I can do to gain a little more flexibility down there? I’m also dealing with a bit of a tweak in my lower left back right now if that needs to be taken into consideration.
