NGL I ran the vid slow on second watch to look for where I should aim so the bullets go to enemies but amazingly, bullets went to where the crosshair was instead of jumping from enemy to enemy. Amazing.
Itâs almost like the crosshairs is miss aligned on the jets and he knows where youâre supposed to aim to actually hit people.
@@rinaldoprenga2624 heâs making a joke about the previous (cheating) world record holder who Silk exposed in a recent video. He had a hack that made his cannon rounds basically auto lock onto any players nearby.

Great flying as always. Really wondering how you ge these matches. Whenever I get a 5 kill streak in any air vehicle, there will be 8 stingers, 2 wildcats and 12 lissiles on me lol
Same here, but jokes on them - I crash into the ground before they hit me
pretty sure he has said something about this before but for games like these you have to just get lucky and hope you donât get a super good lobby
@@ahecity yeah recently I've been finding more and more games with less people working together on the opposite team, could be the influx of new players
I was always amazed in that kind of videos that how passive enemies are. Every time I get to play on jet or heli I got targeted by 2 or 3 enemy vehicles and few soldiers as well which giving me no more than 2-3 mins being alive(most of them spent fleeing from enemy targeting me)
He did say rounds like this are 1 out of many matches. I agree most matches in either the nightbird or Apache for me and there will be a lot of rao, Liz and lock on missiles after me but they're survivable with skill and I still have really good matches with them, just not as many kills as when the enemies don't focus me. I'm nowhere near as good in jets lol most of my deaths are from either crashing or an enemy jet with radar missiles
Surely a bunch of people watching is video playing with him .
Lot of luck is needed to do this, playing enough will give you those special games where you can rack up kills but again it's just luck depending on the lobby.
Jet world record is getting close to 100. Love to see it
I reckon it can get there. Limit feels like it's around 110-115 in these jets with the right conditions

@@SilkOCE Im suprised no good pilots exist in 2042 aside from you. Usually you can't fly in peace if an extremely good pilot gives chase since it keeps you preoccupied from getting kills.

Good flying Silk, I would love to see a jet tutorial from you especially how to get better at dogfighting
dogfighting you essentially just keep ab on and you rate much faster. I'm unsure what specifically the energy band is but for simplicity just keep ab and you will win every dogfight. Only specific situations(one circles or scissors) you need to manage your throttle a little more so you do not fly part into their guns
TLDR: keep after burner on 95% of the time unless you are about to overshoot

I started learning the jets because of you, first time flying in Battlefield. Managed 29 kills which isn't much but it feels helpful taking out the transport helis.

Another note, the keybinds you use on keyboard (nose up/down, I use shift up and space down) are night and day difference. No more swinging my mouse around like it's caught on fire. All the air vehicles are much faster with the afterburner mapped to w as well, and the afterburner tap on jet turns is so much faster.

Man these are fun to watch. Judging by the footage, it seems like the jets aren't overpowered since they CAN be countered quite easily. Even if the cannons are pretty strong against the infantry, the flight physics makes it balanced. And it only takes one decent enemy pilot to give their team a break.
Jets are slaves to wildcats. A pilots whole game is dictated by a single vehicle.

one thing i dont like about flying is that there is no first person for transport helos, as well as vics without a gun on the driver seat. my favourite part about BF4 (which was pretty much the only other BF game i played) was being able to use first person while flying a heli or while driving an MRAP or other ground vic.
Silk I'd love to see a controller settings for jets, I use your rifle aim for helis and practiced, now I'm really good in them. Not you good but not very far behind either I'd love to get even half as good as you in jets but every control set up I've tried just doesn't feel right

Now when I get into any aircraft all the enemy team members suddenly have AA rockets and AA tanks and their only goal in life is to take me down, but here nothing just like chickens.
Flying jets can be extremely frustrating.
A single wildcat can shut you down completely. Literally making it impossible to even have a tiny little bit of fun. They just need to hop out and repair and your agm's won't reload quickly enough to kill them.
And most maps have two wildcats if i'm not mistaken.
Then there's the railgun tank that will snipe you from any distace.
Strafing infantry = easy fodder for the m5.
If the enemy jet is decent you'll end up dogfighting for what feels like an eternity or get shot down.
With that being said.. i picked up jet flying two days ago and went 51-0 with the SU-57. I'll try to come for you :P

One thing I feel gets overlooked when exposing cheaters in jets is their flying skills are always bad or mid at the highest your flying is from experience and muscle memory you can clearly see it clean precise movements as if youâve done reps of those moves when in theory you did just because of playing the game something like that canât be copied into a code W vid man

you (almost) cant kill infantry with rhe 30mm
The only way I ever killed infantry with 30mms was in VTOL mode and they burn out too fast for heli kills too. The only advantage 30mms have is they can damage armoured vehicles but not enough to be worth it imo

the jets need some kind of dumb fire weapon like a no lock on missile or bombs considering the lvling requirement for a jet is vehicle kills but the stock jet cant kill anything with armor its pretty painful to play and unlock stuff when forced bail outs or forced crashes dont count or even pilot shoot outs not count for the jet exp

The only issues i have found with my jet gameplay are that i cant deal with people sneaking using IR missles and if the other pilot knows how to turn fight is where i loose it but im getting better cant wait to see you in game again to get farmed off spawn for 35 mins
Any vehicle related issues usually are solved by focusing on those timers. Kill them and make sure you're ready for the next spawn as I did that other night đ€Ł
I just started playing 2042 for the first time this week, and want to pilot bc of silks vids, but is it just me or is it so much easier to roll with the mouse on the F35, but almost impossible to roll with the SU-57? Also the controls in general on M&K feel slow, delayed, and awkwardâŠ

In my opinion, using rao or paik helps out a lot because of their passive spotting.
