Budgeh is Budgie which is another name for a parakeet. It stems from the Australian work budgerigar which stems from the Aboriginal word betcherrygah (meaning good food), which is interesting considering parakeets have barely any meat on them.

Foureen?
@@nicholasrossi816 Aussie here - it depends on where you come from because believe it or not we do have three subtly different accents lol. The more 'outback' you are then you're more likely to say something like "fourdeen" and sound nasal and like 'twangy' stereotypical Australians people overseas seem to think of us all as. But otherwise it's just a normal 't'. It also depends on how fast you're speaking - if "fourteen" were important you'd say it with more clarity so as not to get confused or miss out on the detail

Pakistan,[c] officially the Islamic Republic of Pakistan,[d] is a country in South Asia. It is the world's fifth-most populous country, with a population exceeding 225.2 million, and has the world's second-largest Muslim population. Pakistan is the 33rd-largest country by area, spanning 881,913 square kilometres (340,509 square miles). It has a 1,046-kilometre (650-mile) coastline along the Arabian Sea and Gulf of Oman in the south, and is bordered by India to the east, Afghanistan to the west, Iran to the southwest, and China to the northeast. It is separated narrowly from Tajikistan by Afghanistan's Wakhan Corridor in the north, and also shares a maritime border with Oman.
Pakistan is the site of several ancient cultures, including the 8,500-year-old Neolithic site of Mehrgarh in Balochistan,[13] and the Indus Valley Civilisation of the Bronze Age, the most extensive of the civilisations of the Old World.[14][15] The region that comprises the modern state of Pakistan was the realm of multiple empires and dynasties, including the Achaemenid; briefly that of Alexander the Great; the Seleucid, the Maurya, the Kushan, the Gupta;[16] the Umayyad Caliphate in its southern regions, the Hindu Shahi, the Ghaznavids, the Delhi Sultanate, the Mughals,[17] the Durranis, the Sikh Empire, British East India Company rule, and most recently, the British Indian Empire from 1858 to 1947.
Spurred by the Pakistan Movement, which sought a homeland for the Muslims of British India, and election victories in 1946 by the All-India Muslim League, Pakistan gained independence in 1947 after the Partition of the British Indian Empire, which awarded separate statehood to its Muslim-majority regions and was accompanied by an unparalleled mass migration and loss of life.[18][19] Initially a Dominion of the British Commonwealth, Pakistan officially drafted its constitution in 1956, and emerged as a declared Islamic republic. In 1971, the exclave of East Pakistan seceded as the new country of Bangladesh after a nine-month-long civil war. In the following four decades, Pakistan has been ruled by governments whose descriptions, although complex, commonly alternated between civilian and military, democratic and authoritarian, relatively secular and Islamist.[20] Pakistan elected a civilian government in 2008, and in 2010 adopted a parliamentary system with periodic elections.[21][22]
Pakistan is a middle power, and has the world's sixth-largest standing armed forces. It is a declared nuclear-weapons state, and is ranked amongst the emerging and growth-leading economies,[23][24] with a large and rapidly-growing middle class.[25][26] Pakistan's political history since independence has been characterized by periods of significant economic and military growth as well those of political and economic instability. It is an ethnically and linguistically diverse country, with similarly diverse geography and wildlife. However, the country continues to face challenges, including poverty, illiteracy, corruption and terrorism.[27][28][29] Pakistan is a member of the United Nations, the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, the British Commonwealth of Nations, the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation, the Islamic Military Counter-Terrorism Coalition, and is designated as a major non-NATO ally by the United States.
Etymology
The name Pakistan means literally "a land abounding in the pure" or "a land in which the pure abound", in Urdu and Persian. It references the word پاک (pāk), meaning "pure" in Persian and Pashto.[30] The suffix ـستان (transliterated in English as stân after stem word ending in a vowel; estân or istân after a stem ending in a consonant) is from Persian, and means "a place abounding in" [31] or "a place where anything abounds".[32]
The name of the country was coined in 1933 by Choudhry Rahmat Ali, a Pakistan Movement activist, who published it in a pamphlet Now or Never,[33] using it as an acronym ("thirty million Muslim brethren who live in PAKISTAN"), and referring to the names of the five northern regions of the British Raj: Punjab, Afghania, Kashmir, Sindh, and Baluchistan.[33]

Some of the earliest ancient human civilisations in South Asia originated from areas encompassing present-day Pakistan.[34] The earliest known inhabitants in the region were Soanian during the Lower Paleolithic, of whom stone tools have been found in the Soan Valley of Punjab.[35] The Indus region, which covers most of present day Pakistan, was the site of several successive ancient cultures including the Neolithic Mehrgarh[36] and the Bronze Age Indus Valley Civilisation[37][38][39][40][41] (2,800-1,800 BCE) at Harappa and Mohenjo-Daro.[42][43]
Standing Buddha from Gandhara, Greco-Buddhist art, 1st-2nd century AD.
The Vedic period (1500-500 BCE) was characterised by an Indo-Aryan culture; during this period the Vedas, the oldest scriptures associated with Hinduism, were composed, and this culture later became well established in the region.[44][45] Multan was an important Hindu pilgrimage centre.[46] The Vedic civilisation flourished in the ancient Gandhāran city of Takṣaśilā, now Taxila in the Punjab, which was founded around 1000 BCE.[47][36] Successive ancient empires and kingdoms ruled the region: the Persian Achaemenid Empire (around 519 BCE), Alexander the Great's empire in 326 BCE[48] and the Maurya Empire, founded by Chandragupta Maurya and extended by Ashoka the Great, until 185 BCE.[36] The Indo-Greek Kingdom founded by Demetrius of Bactria (180-165 BCE) included Gandhara and Punjab and reached its greatest extent under Menander (165-150 BCE), prospering the Greco-Buddhist culture in the region.[36][49] Taxila had one of the earliest universities and centres of higher education in the world, which was established during the late Vedic period in 6th century BCE.[50][51] The school consisted of several monasteries without large dormitories or lecture halls where the religious instruction was provided on an individualistic basis.[51] The ancient university was documented by the invading forces of Alexander the Great and was also recorded by Chinese pilgrims in the 4th or 5th century CE.[52][53][54][55]
At its zenith, the Rai Dynasty (489-632 CE) of Sindh ruled this region and the surrounding territories.[56] The Pala Dynasty was the last Buddhist empire, which, under Dharmapala and Devapala, stretched across South Asia from what is now Bangladesh through Northern India to Pakistan.
Islamic conquest
The Arab conqueror Muhammad bin Qasim conquered Sindh in 711 CE.[57][58][59][60][61] The Pakistan government's official chronology claims this as the time when the foundation of Pakistan was laid[57][62][63] but the concept of Pakistan arrived in the 19th century. The Early Medieval period (642-1219 CE) witnessed the spread of Islam in the region. During this period, Sufi missionaries played a pivotal role in converting a majority of the regional Buddhist and Hindu population to Islam.[64] Upon the defeat of the Turk and Hindu Shahi dynasties which governed the Kabul Valley, Gandhara (present-day Khyber Pakhtunkwa), and western Punjab in the 7th to 11th centuries CE, several successive Muslim empires ruled over the region, including the Ghaznavid Empire (975-1187 CE), the Ghorid Kingdom, and the Delhi Sultanate (1206-1526 CE). The Lodi dynasty, the last of the Delhi Sultanate, was replaced by the Mughal Empire (1526-1857 CE).
Badshahi Mosque, Lahore
The Mughals introduced Persian literature and high culture, establishing the roots of Indo-Persian culture in the region.[65] In the region of modern-day Pakistan, key cities during the Mughal period were Lahore and Thatta,[66] both of which were chosen as the site of impressive Mughal buildings.[67] In the early 16th century, the region remained under the Mughal Empire ruled by Muslim emperors.[68] By the early 18th century, increasing European influence contributed to the slow disintegration of the Mughal Empire as the lines between commercial and political dominance became increasingly blurred.[68]
During this time, the English East India Company had established coastal outposts.[68] Control over the seas, greater resources, technology, and British military protection led the Company to increasingly flex its military muscle, allowing the Company to gain control over the subcontinent by 1765 and sideline European competitors.[69] Expanding access beyond Bengal and the subsequent increased strength and size of its army enabled it to annex or subdue most of region by the 1820s.[68] Many historians see this as the start of the region's colonial period.[68] By this time, with its economic power severely curtailed by the British parliament and itself effectively made an arm of British administration, the Company began more deliberately to enter non-economic arenas such as education, social reform, and culture.[68] Such reforms included the enforcement of the English Education Act in 1835 and the introduction of the Indian Civil Service (ICS).[70] Traditional madrasahs-primary institutions of higher learning for Muslims in the subcontinent-were no longer supported by the English Crown, and nearly all of the madrasahs lost their financial endowment.

"and women prefer it" no, god no, no we don't. We intentionally wear men's pants to have pockets.
Yes if women wear pants for men it's "fashion" and "cool" but IF I WEAR A SKIRT ITS CONSIDERED "Creepy" OR "Robert, you don't have to do this please, I will give you the kids back but please don't hurt my family"

Asians: Whomst has summoned the sacred one
As a Middle Eastern, growing up I just assumed every country uses water like us........my shock when I figured out the truth.
We really are the chosen ones 🤣
I could never imagine not using water. Eek. They're weird.
As a South East Asian, I remember when I was a child, we went to my cousins' house who use toilet papers and I tried using one and it's weird
@@theghostinthejars1732 There was your problem. You don't just use one... you use a handful :P lol
