      In Germany, Central and Eastern Europe, and Scandinavia, the label B is used for what, above, is called B-flat, and the note a semitone below C is called H.

      Therefore H is what we call B. So Hm7 = Bm7

      Thank you Matt. I’ve now got a copy. A bit of worthless knowledge is that it’s down to the monks who copied the scores by hand and misread a small ‘b’ as a ‘h’ long before photocopiers where even dreamed of.
