Don’t regret it though, have to stay true and empathetic in doing what is right no matter how much it hurts me. I’m just one human. There is a whole world that needs those lone wolves standing their ground if they are to have a fighting chance.

Yeah, I’ve got that sense of curiosity why haven’t we switched mail trucks? I have pondered that for years, so I was laughing when you mentioned it.😂😂 And hell no Meghan Markle won’t be anything but then nothing she is the way it went well baby who whines and cries over everything for Victor. Mentality is gone too far.
Unless you’re the black sheep of the family or referred to as the red head stepchild because you have a God-fearing independent viewpoint which happens to differ from theirs. Now in my mid 60s being shunned by my family because I believe God, family, Country in this order & how we raised our 6 children. Im to the point I’m too old. To care if haters don’t like what I say out loud it’s my opinion & this is still the USA & I’m allowed to say what I think politically. I don’t think I’m going to jail! What will my poor grandkids do without me? Or my kids. Grandkids first.
In about 1996, my dad and drum teacher took me to a Terry Bozzio and Chad Wackerman drum clinic in Savannah, GA. Mitch Mitchell, Hendrix' drummer was there, standing in the back, because his daughter lived in Savannah.
We were introduced to him and my dad told him that he loves the cover of Manic Depression by his favorite band- Blood, Sweat, & Tears. Mitch Mitchell said he'd never heard it, went out to my dad's car and sat there with us listening to the whole track, which is live, I believe. It pretty much blows the original out of the water. Mitch Mitchell was extremely awesome and extremely nice, and jokingly- right when the song kicks in and gets going- said, in a great British accent- "I think somebody owes me some money!" It was hilarious. He loved their version.

For a lot of people the fear isn't the shunning alone. It's the complete dismantling and slander of your character. Look at what they're trying to do to Harrison Butker this past week. A catholic man gets _invited_ to give a speech at a Catholic school and says nothing that would be controversial within the Catholic faith, and they're lambasting him for it. They're wanting him fired and sending other threats. Full-on rabid behavior.

I dont know how others see it but I find it highly irritating!
However, I am more than willing to put up with it because Tucker is well worth it. Considering how he now straight up goes against the Establishment, making a lot of Enemies and getting into all kinds of risks, I gladly "endure" his occasional outbursts of irritating laughter....heck I even start enjoying them!

In 1963 I was attending East Los Angeles College and remember leaving the campus, and in the South parking lot, there was a car sporting a KENNEDY 4 64 bumper sticker. Well, cars today really don't have bumper's, but as the guys mentioned, people were sporting clothing with KENNEDY 4 25 at the comedy show. Wow, that was a long time ago and I've been a Florida retiree for many years now, and it's great to see RFK Jr. in the battle. Good luck to him in the approaching election; he's a good man.

The Uber driver story is actually spot on. I was in an Uber during a rain storm just a week ago and the driver was telling me she loves bad weather. I asked why and she told me 30-40% of the drivers in the area are just retirees who like meeting and chatting with people. These drivers keep fares down and also lower the volume for drivers who drive to make a living for their families. In bad weather the drivers that do not need the money usually stay home.

How do you differentiate between Gary Busey and Nick Nolte?
My dad was a rural route mail carrier in the 70s and he sat on the right side and drove with his left hand and foot while placing the mail in the boxes. I can’t remember the year or exact of car but was old Chevy sedan.
Adam isn’t curious, he just likes to listen to himself talk. He talked about 80% to his guests 20%, and he rarely even asks a question. He’s just having a conversation and expects his guests to interrupt when they’re ready to talk. First few minutes and it’s Tucker interviewing Adam.
The unmarried woman thing is so insightful. It really is what is happening in the world. It is how the tribalism is so deep. They attack our relationships first. Then we are easier to divide.

I’ve had these same thought for years on mail truck.
Not all women are the same. I am married but have been separated for 36 years. I live alone. I don’t have a friend or any close people. I work and I’m old. I am alone wolf and I am just fine with that. I was never a joiner, and not afraid of the ice flow.
Ok... Regarding the Mail trucks... There's a reason we drive with ourselves on the opposite side of the car than we drive on the street. We have left-side drive cars, and drive on the right side of the road... it's so we don't collide with oncoming traffic. So the system is the way it is for a reason. Now, regarding the mail trucks, they are built here, and they are proprietary. They are made specifically for doing mail, they aren't like a normal vehicle that gets converted to purpose to deliver mail, they are designed from the ground up to be mail vehicles. I'm not sure which company makes them, but they aren't just taking foreign cars and then importing them and converting them to mail delivery use, they are designed and built specifically for mail delivery. hope that helps.
Yeah, if you've ever parked on the wrong side of the road with another vehicle in front of you, you learn very quickly why you drive on the opposite side. Extremely dangerous to pull out when you can't easily see traffic.

Mail trucks from the 70s into the 80s were Jeep DJ-5’s. Starting in 1987, Chevrolet & Grumman won the contract for a replacement fleet- a 2wd, left hand drive, narrowed front end s-10 pick up with a Grumman Olsen aluminum body. Built from 87-95. A Ford chassis came out sometime around 2002. Some new replacements by Benz and Oshkosh trucks starting in 2021.
England doesn't have mailboxes. ( At least they didn't when I lived there in the '70's.) They have mail slots and postal carriers walk each area.
