Hi! Thank you for the update! I am so happy to hear that you are still using Hungry root as I've been wondering if anyone is still really using it. (not many updated videos out there for it like it used to be). I've been doing Misfits and Good Chop BUT am always looking for more meal ideas...I was also happy to see that some of the recipes you looked at had the grass-fed beef! :) If I sign up I will use your link for sure! Thank you for the nice comment! So happy you enjoyed the video. I used Good Chop a while back too. Haven't used Misfits, but have been thinking about it - I think it's pretty similar to hungryroot minus the recipe planning component :)
@@avooneverything Hey lady! :) Thanks for writing me back/yeah I used Good Chop the one time due to a "promotion" but I wasn't really impressed so I'm gonna cancel and just stick with Misfits and maybe try Butcher Box? Have you tried them yet? As for Hungryroot....for some reason I'm STILL on the fence based on so many mixed reviews and the biggest one being the portion size. Sigh...again though if I "give it a whirl" I'm using your link for sure! And if you need a link to Misfits give me a shout!
I would suggest you change your account name. It's becoming quite obvious that Avocados are bad for the environment, and have huge impacts on water for small villages near avocado farms..... With the amount of water and the CO2 produced through production, it not a good account name to have!
I just got my first order from HungryRoot and it was horrible. Items were warm. Ice packs thawed several items leaked. Even though i stated i prefer organic they sent conventional. There is no contact # I emailed 3 pm w photos n asked to cancel account. I also went into website n cancelled 6 hrs later they put charge through for another delivery! Im hoping someone will get back to me n fi tight thing. I do not recommend them
UPDATE: Finally got response via text n email they are making a full refund. Beware my order arrived Monday afternoon n got text I had till 7 pm to make changes for next order. Thankfully, they did the right thing, but I’m not trying to again
@@avooneverything UPDATE. Although first experience was not great. N I was anxious to stop next delivery n frustrated that they have no contact number I am grateful that they were gracious and issued a full refund even for second delivery I canceled but they were unable to stop bc it’s so automated I may give them another try in the future because they were gracious n gave me a full refund. I did like some products I was unfamiliar with. I recommend anyone ordering fully familiarize themselves with how service works and use reminders in time to review and edit items or skip or cancel deliveries within their prescribed timing.

Ugh that sounds terrible! My experience with them has been completely different, but so helpful to hear different perspectives
