  • Moong Dal Kachori is a very tasty dish and is eaten in India by many people. It is a type of Kachori which is stuffed with Moong Dal Stuffing. This method is very quick.
    Ingredients:-
    Wheat Flour or Maida (मैदा) - 2 Cups
    Moong Dal (मूंग दाल) - 1 Cup Soaked Overnight
    Jeera Powder (जीरा पाउडर) - 3 Tsp
    Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 3 Tsp
    Salt (नमक) - 3 Tsp (2 Tsp for Stuffing and 1 Tsp for Maida Dough)
    Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 2 Tsp
    Heeng Powder (हींग पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    Khatai (खटाई) - 1 Tsp
    Saunf Powder (सौंफ पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    Oil (तेल) - 1/4 Cup
    Water (पानी) - Required for kneading dough
