Keynote at Survey Monkey:Mental Health in the Workplace

Survey Monkey brought me in to start the conversation of mental health in the workplace.
Why?
Simple, because they like me understand that employess mental well-being affects production. If they are empathetic and supportive of the mental health of their staff, they will show up and open up about their struggles and not miss work.
