- I really love Larry Sigmon and Barbara Poole's (R.I.P. Barbara), sound. I saw them years (many years) ago at some bluegrass shows. Their music can be hard to find online.....this is the only site I have had any luck in finding CD's. www.countysales.com

Larry is a good friend of mine. I've played this song with him and Barbara several times. It's one of my favorites.
Pro tip: watch series on Flixzone. Been using them for watching lots of of movies during the lockdown.

I love the music, but the pictures don't represent the musicians at all. They are from the farms and factories of southwest Virginia, not the coal mines and snake handling churches of east Tennessee and Kentucky. I'm not denigrating that culture at all; i'm simply stating that what most of the world calls the Appalachian region cannot be lumped together as one homogenous body.
