This is what I love about CZcams❤️I’m sitting in my wee hoose in Edinburgh, it’s 1.20pm and I’m watching an American gentleman laugh his ass off at our national treasure that is Billy Connolly...I LOVE IT! I had the pleasure of meeting and talking with Billy in the early 80s and I love him to this day❤️Keep these coming! LOVE your videos!👌🏼👌🏼❤️🏴🏴
The best thing about videos like yours is seeing other peoples reactions to things I've saw a hundred times but you are seeing for the first time and I love it.
Aw man Billy it was great to belly laugh the whole way through. He IS the comedic legend cos it so natural and it's just the way he is. Pure gold! Great to see you laughing too bro...😅
I thought I'd seen every thing Billy has ever done but I've never seen this many thanks, I'm going out now to buy some beer and come home and watch it 10 more times.
Thanks Sean ,stay safe and well ,I,m an ex soldier from 1RHF ,and Billy kept us going in service northern Ireland ,And Bosnia op Grapple 94/95 ,it's all about peace and love Sean 👍👍
No idea why CZcams recommended this to me. But Billy Connolly was one of the 4 comedians in 50 odd years who could make me cry laughing and practically beg for mercy as I can't breath. (Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy, Billy Connolly and Lee Evans). And to sit and watch him with you laughing away was a rare pleasure. thanks my dude.
You obviously enjoyed his humour as we all do. Wasn't sure a couple of times which was funnier Billy or your reaction. Don't worry between you both I've ended up with tears in my eyes. Very enjoyable thanks 🇦🇺
Its great seeing his humour transfer through the generations. Humour should have a edge to it we take life so seriously now, fuck it enjoy life 😉 it will end sooner or later
Billy lived in Partick then Drumchapel and served his apprenticeship as a Welder. My friend Stuart who worked with him in John Brown’s Shipyard and when the Summer holidays came around he said, “ I am gowing to
.... India. Nobody had ever gone to India in those days. Two weeks later when the workers returned from their holiday people asked where Billy was? Some time passed and he eventually showed up to pick up his wages and announced “ he didn’t want to be a welder, I am just going to play my banjo” shock and awe. Billy was and remains a great observer of Life much if what he captured when he worked in the shipyards. Glad you enjoy Billy, he always brings a tear to my eye
@@sanitafanita3956 it comes from having a stupid as fuck neighbor. In your case I don't mean the 2 to the south or 1 to the north. (Ponder. Wonder who?🤔)
The funniest thing he ever did was called 'An Audience with Billy Connelly', years ago, it was one of those times that you remember where you were and who you were with kinda things, hilarious.
I’m a Scottish person, I had the good fortune to see him in concert in Liverpool, England, (where my family moved in the 50’s) in the early 80’s and was even more fortunate to meet him, he was a very nice and gracious man. I love that you enjoy him so much , he certainly crosses all barriers . You should try Tell Laura I Love Her, it’s hilarious 😂
Being in the company of a legend is something I've done 3 times and I have to say it's an honour that every human being should do except the politically correct crowd obviously Billy never holds back if your easily offended he's not your man but if you can laugh at yourself and your short comings then Billy is definitely your man LEGEND
Big Billy fan here, from Croatia! Billy is a big bundle of joy and laughs...best comic, his storytelling is so funny...keep doing these videos, cant miss with Big Yin :)
In the days of British rule in India a British army officer, who had spent decades serving in the hot Indian sun, returned to England on retirement. He said to his family when he arrived home, "I just want to be fish belly white all over!"
In the late 70's/early 80's, when we were teenagers my mate and me met Billy at Heathrow airport, it was.only for 5 mins or so but even now we both still talk about the 'Funniest 5 minutes of our lives'!. I still remember waking up the following morning and my sides ached from all the laughing we'd done!
I,m sitting here in stitches ,I ,m finding it hard to to work out if Billy is funny or Sean ,s reaction to Billy is funnier lol ,loving your channel Sean 👍
I LOVED THIS. I have loved Billy Connolly for years, but it was an equal extraordinary pleasure to witness your beautiful smile and cracking up. Guessing you might also be fond of Bill Bailey, Dylan Moran, Sean Lock, Kevin Bridges and Ricky Gervais of course, and of course plenty of others---Brit comedy forms a large part of my ever expanding comedy diet that is kind of founded on Dave Chapelle and Bill Hicks---I am always astonished at how unbelievably many brilliant comedians there are on this amazing earth. They do more to nourish my soul these days than my own neglected art work, of course, since it's neglected, but even so---I'm in awe of these extraordinary loving people who bring us laughter at a time when laughter is not precisely what we're doing generally!
I love you for showing this! The Big Yin was introduced to me (via the TV, regrettably not in person) way back in the 1980's, through the Michael Parkinson show. Myself (English) and a dear friend (Scottish) love watching these re-runs. Thank yooooo xx
Hi Sean I've been lucky enough to have seen Billy live 4 time's as i live in the UK and this is the truth on 1 of the time's i Literally pissed myself Through laughing, love you channel and stay safe over there 🍻🙏
Absolutely love your videos, Sean... you have a brilliant presence about you and have a wonderful joy! You’re a legend, buddy! Great videos, keep them up!
great show ,that was awesome, i didn't know of such talent, i'm half irish myself, and wow such a preformance, i almost paid attention. thank you, for this.
just found ur channel. lovin ur reaction to oor billy connolly its brilliant. have just subscribed and will be doin some binge watchin. have a good new year mate sending love from scotland xx
Just subscribed brother. I am from Glasgow so Billy is well known to me. It makes the experience even more enjoyable having seen it so often when I see your reaction. Keep up the good work. Luke
Cracking video, great reaction to one of our national treasures but by god The Big Yin is on his best behaviour( and that wld hav bn hard for him) in this! a kind of diet version. 👍
I am starting to think that Billy Connolly may have been the greatest comedian of all. It's like he freestyles, and he tells stories so well, he can go on and on, and it's gut wrenchingly funny. I would put him next to Richard Pryor. Can't say one is greater than the other
Billy is the worst and the best story teller you can find, worst cause he jumps from this to that and back and forth and lets add a few side steps to that for good measure too. And.. that helps to make him the best story teller there is, everything he talks about is straight out of life itself, his own experiences, things he witnessed and otherwise became aware of. He rarely tells a straight up joke, its practically always real things that he finds funny (or annoying), that he's talking about... in his own unique way. But that is where Billy shines, that is what makes him one of the biggest comedian/storytellers of all time, his ability to tell relatable stories in a manner that tickles that funny bone to a point of uncontrollable laughter. Billy is not PC (thank god!) but he also is not offensive.. not by a long shot. If Billy offends you, its simple.. you want to be offended, because Billy sure as hell wasnt intending to offend. Thnx for the react and upload Sean, Billy is my all-time favorite Story teller, one of the funniest men alive today :)
It's strange watching Billy Connolly from all those years ago talking about being "pale" because he found out later that he is one quarter Indian via his grandmother.
"What's half a tog I don't even know what a tog is she said duck or goose I said what she said duck or goose so I said duck and she didnt so I punched her " 🤣🤣 his buying a new duvet killed me .
Hi. Richard Pryor was one of the best American stand up comedians. He took a trip to Kenya in 1970 or ‘71. Please react to the African jungle. Thank you.
My mum beat me and my brother like that. In some occasions when we were too far away she would throw stuff at us like shoes or remote controls, growing up it was either a missile heading my way or a hand. If you weren't terrified of your parents they were doing something wrong.
I would recommend watching "Shrink Rap" with his psychiatrist wife, Pamela. It is a real insight into his life & his childhood and some of the jokes he tells on stage about his childhood is far from a joke.
same words too soft these days remember my parents threatening to call childline to take me away and ma dads favorite projectile was the fire poker lol
#WATCHED #ALL #THE #ADS
JUST A BIT OF SUPPORT
EVERYONE OUGHT TO DO THIS
😊😊😊😊

Billy is the greatest comedian ever
This man has not had much of an education but he has a way with words that is unparalleled. He is a born storyteller.
He would have got a reasonable education. Scotland was the first country in the world to have education for both boys and girls in 17th century.
Watching you enjoy this so has made my day ❣️✌️😆
The best thing about videos like yours is seeing other peoples reactions to things I've saw a hundred times but you are seeing for the first time and I love it.
My sister and I had his LP’s in the 70’s brilliant ❤😂😂😂
Hey Sean, it’s good to see you spell ‘Sean’ properly and, for an American, you can understand what Billy says, kudos😊
Aw man Billy it was great to belly laugh the whole way through. He IS the comedic legend cos it so natural and it's just the way he is. Pure gold! Great to see you laughing too bro...😅

Billy connelly re invented comedy with his own style this witty glaswegian tells it as it is Glasgow is proud to call Billy a great glaswegian
Billy Connolly stand up helped me survive my teen years

We still have this problem with our cable tv recording things we never want to watch. We blame the cat.
Great video about the legend that' is our billy Connolly, but your reaction to his jokes adds so much more , love it man
Hey man. That really is the nicest reaction to Billy - he is the funniest.
Thanks for watching. Billy's Incontinence pants next would be hilarious
Brilliant love how he gets us Scottish 😂
The greatest stand up comedian of all time probably being a bit biased considering I'm Scottish my top 3 is him richard Pryor and robin Williams
Telling stories during breaks in the shipyards where Billy worked, surely made him realise what made people laugh.
For anyone who hasn't seen it "Just Another Saturday" is a must-see.......one of Billy's earliest acting roles from the mid 70's!
What a rather wonderful reaction.
you cannot beat a good bit of anglo-saxon
I love you for showing this! The Big Yin was introduced to me (via the TV, regrettably not in person) way back in the 1980's, through the Michael Parkinson show.
