Nurse here. I've had so many "refugees" on my unit, from Afghanistan, Mexico, El Salvador, etc, and none of them spoke English, none of their friends/family with them respected the hospital rules, and some even tried to sneak into the unit with foods they couldn't have or children that weren't allowed.

I'm an Arizonan, and it's been that way for a while here. The police target whites here too. Kids these day dont know how to think before they speak.
That's what they call a "stutter". I used to stutter like crazy back when I was in school, and got made fun of daily. It not a huge issue anymore since I'm older, but when you're a teenager with a stuttering problem, public speaking can make it so much worse. It's one thing to say the kid was ill-prepared and didn't have a leg to stand on, but another to assume he doesn't have a speech impediment and make fun of him.
