I have the same problem with my Yukon Denali. One week no sound one week it blasts at full volume, one week it just keeps resetting. Great job 85K brand new and the damn radio and control panel on the dash are not working. They have replaced it 3 times now!
My 2021 Yukon XL does this... But it does it at random and intermittently No sound/sound. Its been to the dealer MULTIPLE times over the years for it. I have had the amplifier replaced. Still does it... Is there a solution to this?
We have a 2022 Yukon xlt ..same issue . We went to settings -system-reset options and then reset it all . Speakers work now but I’m curious if the overall issue is the module @steevegmtech7326

It sounds like a connection issue, do you know what they replaced?

My sound will stop working for radio but I still hear the clicking for turn signals.

It was due to faulty wireless charger
You need a new battery , the one you have have AMP problems
No ,it ended up being a bad amplifier module
