Hi, do clients contact you with problems of shaking / shuddering or periodic strong vibration of this automatic transmission (9t65)? If so, how can this be fixed, by changing the oil maybe?

We received the new motors. Our old motors both have something like looks like grease on the gears, as well as something like looks like fibers (maybe metal shavings)? Should the new motors be greased on the gears before installing them?

I have a 2020 Traverse. I am trying to do the replacement. My problem is my socket wrench is stuck, and i don't know how to get it out. It happened while trying to unscrew the idler pulley bolt.

Once it is in service mode, can I shut the vehicle off?

My 2019 GMC Canyon, you can always hear the coolant rushing through the dash, was told there was air in my coolant I was always afraid to start it with the cap off lol, I thought it would come rushing out as soon as I started it. But I now know different. Thanks!

Can you show us how to remove the whole roof so as to replace the sunshade, mine stuck in the rail so do not open anymore, so I guess need to review the rail track to see what its stuck. one side is stucked so unclipped of this side.

great video just like my 2016 2.5 Colorado, but you didn't do a diagnosis where is the leaking was coming from, unless I miss something, mostly likely the leaks are either thermostat or water pump. quicknote: my 2016 thermostat looks different than the one in the video or maybe I'm wrong!

Where is the driver's side rear drain tube exit? Our sunroof won't open (motor probably fried from water leak) so we can't clear the tubes with compressed air from the top - we need to access them from the exits, but we cannot find the exit on the driver's side rear. We blew air into the passenger side rear tube and it was clear.

Hi, I have an 03 Sierra 2500hd..going down hill and letting foot off the gas we’ve noticed a wild noise comes about. Sounds like a power washer underneath. I think I’ve narrowed it down to the transfer case. We were in 2wd the whole time. The sound occurs when we’re at speeds above 50mph and let off the gas on a down slope..basically when the truck has to down shift. Truck is an automatic. Will changing the transfer case fluid help me or am I looking at a new transfer case? Truck is close to 195k miles.
