Getting new customers is the name of the game! If your company isn’t growing, it’s dying. In my opinion, it’s super important to provide the best service possible and have a high caliber website.
Pest control owners or managers chime in and let me know what has worked for you!
You are correct the best way to recruit new customers is word of mouth. I’m also a bug man myself for going on 7 years now I enjoy watching your videos .
I Like Listening To You Dan. I’m 55 Years Old. I’ve Worked In Pest Control For 20 Years. I Did Though About Starting A Pest Control Business. But, I Didn’t Due To My Health. But, I’m About To Start A Dryer Vent Cleaning Business. Your Business Ideas And Skills Surprises Me . I Can Use These Information To Bring Customers In. The Dryer Vent Business Is Not Heavy Or Stressing . It’s Easy For Me. 👍
Excellent info Daniel. Back when I was a kid door to door service was the only way to go. And for many salesmen, like my dad, it proved to be very profitable.
Knocking doors today is not the best use of your time and many communities don't allow solicitation without a permit
I work for a mom and pop in california. Just me and the owner, i love it. Helping him build his company until i start my own is great! Love your vidz man, keep it up!
I’m in your exact situation! So far I love it it’s awesome meeting new people everyday
@andrewpena9240 ya man, it's great having a voice in the the company, and you don't need to be apart of a behemoth company to receive proper training. I feel like I'm actually apart of something and not just a number!
Great video! Word of mouth is insanely crazy how well it works. I do 0 advertising and my phone rings constantly just from referrals… keep up the good work
Yea a lot of these is for starting up, once you start up you basically set up getting customers from just reputation. Now you just gotta run your business effectively
Great tips! Can't wait to implement these strategies in my pest control business. Thanks for sharing!
Good tips!
Where do you purchase your webster stick?
I use DIY Pest and Oldhams to supply my company
Briostack doesn’t work in the Caribbean which other system software do you recommend
I'm currently working as pest control technician here in Philippines
Word of mouth works best me
hi love
Sup
Are you contract based?
What do you mean by that? I do get all of my customers to sign contracts if I can
@DanTheBugMan that's what I meant, I just wanted to know more about how the contracts work I'm looking to start my own company as well
Do you work alone or do you have some employees?
Just me right now!
So did you take over your parent's company or are you starting your own now, Dan?
Angi is a scam. Don't do it.
What’s your experience with them?? I think I used them once a few years ago and honestly don’t remember the experience
@@DanTheBugMan OMG dude check the reviews but my experience is as follows. Multiple very aggressive high pressure salesman, very nasty and insulting too. Phone calls every day. There is also two separate departments, and forgive me for not remembering what all they called it but there was the advertising for the website and there was a separate office that does something with the leads. Was never clear to me. It was very expensive and you couldn't just try it out. Unlike with every other form of advertising like google ads, you can't just set a budget or try it for a month or two. They wanted hundreds per year and the worst of all is you couldn't even get on the site at all until you paid their ransom. No stats on how many people were searching and quelle surprise, no other advertisers in my town. That was the first red flag.
@@DanTheBugMan As a PCO myself, I can attest to the low lead quality of AngiesLeads. I wouldnt sign with them again.
@@DanTheBugManbest I remember Angie's only takes one company in an industry for the local area
You’re like the love child of jake gyllengaal and Paul walker
