- in this video I have dealt with the variator to the extremes but there is no room for betting. at 140 km it is a city well everything works perfectly and there is no problem on the contrary the imatas has more city life in sekesi with 1 good before. engine does not reach the box as before at 110 to 115km 2 good working city more comfortable and not a single end. also the oils after 3000km start to tan privately tanned 1800-2000 3 good the plastics do not crack as the engine worked 4 good it is more economical before with a tank I got 220km while now I get 295km up to 315km tested until 5 good o 6 good reason is that the variator of the factory has a city of good metal in relation to some but variator which is expensive and you do not run easily and it is a battle city I am in favor I am happy !!!!!!!!

I have a pcx 150 which originally tops at 116kph on the highway. Then i bought an aftermarket pulley and drive face with dual degree and bigger drive face diameter it has reached 122kph

Its like changing the gearing, stock Honda gear ratio is good for 72 mph at max revs, with the upgraded variator and heavy roller balls, the gear ratio is longer so max engine revs is 86 mph, but only if there is enough power to weight ratio and a very long straight to pull the bigger gear to top speed. If you are a tiny guy, 7 stones 100lbs then maybe with 15 horsepower and a bit of downhill you might reach top speed 86 mph. The main gains are much better fuel consumption and potential for more speed than 72mph. The compromise is that a longer gear will be a bit slower to accelerate. You will notice this in town riding.
Overall the upgrade is very helpful for highway riding 80 to 130 kph so you can keep up with traffic and it adds about 60 to 80km more tank range. In town its a bit slower off the traffic lights. If you also upgrade the exhaust pipe, air filters and remap the fueling to 19hp that changes everything. Then you have enough power to max out the big gear unless you are a fatty.

will this provide any gain on a 2019 or 2020 model, the gears a much longer on the 19-21 years, I plan on getting a set of 2013 or similar gears for my 2020, but would this work with stock gears?

Obviously it can reach 140 km/h with the free wheel, but the top speed would be 110 km/h against the wind and weight included
Hi cristian I don't know what your ethereals are, but for me up to 137 kilometers peaks above were not needed, we are talking about 5, two or 3 kilometers, I don't think there is a reason.

So what was the name of the parts you bought an what website ? I really wanna do this upgrade on my 2018 Honda pcx 150. Short story had a tire blow out took it to a shop they removed the muffler changed the tire an now it barely breaks 60mph when it was doing 75mph before 4!I took it in. Greatly appreciate the names of parts an the website
Hi Gordon you have Ebay, Amazon, Alibaba, they all have everything, a plug and a dimmer.
Did they properly replace the exhaust gasket? It may have an exhaust leak, which could affect the O2/Evap, or just anything else in general by the decrease of back compression. These new systems are sensitive, and if one of the sensors is getting a bad reading, it may change a lot in how the engine runs.
Could you recommend the specs of all these parts for my PCX 2014 150CC i want to improve too.

If bigger roller and heavier means more speed? To fit the bigger roller means you have to make the roller housing more bigger right?

Hi Alisian Yes, you said it correctly, in order for the belt to arrive thinner for 10 km more, also the 3 grooves that are machined near the axis are for the 21mm balls to enter, so it is equal to the 20mm balls, the banner part, so at the end the 21mm balls work more therefore 9 km more than before!

PCX/ADV/SH 150cc always have 2 versions with or without rear disk brakes - normally Indonesia version will surely have 2 disk brakes

It has absolutely nothing to do with 138 km. If someone goes on the road and gets on it and does 138 "on the straight road", it means it's doing 138.
There is such a thing as wind. There is such a thing as rubbing against the ground. That motorcycle can 120 km maybe barely do it.

Very nice work man. I would like to ask you something. I have a honda x8rx 2001 model. 36000km. The reason that I went to mechanic was that i was having a problem turning off as i was driving. I changed piston and after 400km i have the same problem. Only if i leave it cool will start and go again. Thanks again
Hi bro this damage will never come from the piston, the engine shuts off when you started it only comes from the current three points you need to check the multiplier where the wire goes to the spark plug second the wires of the switch that puts the key and third is some wire that doesn't make good contact it can also come from coils. If you look at the coil, if it is correct and the coil, when you remove the flywheel, clean it very well because the machine is old.

Επειδή το θέλω για εργασία, κάνω 100χμ την ημέρα, τι σετ προτείνεις για να δουλεύει χαμηλές στροφές στην περιοχή των 0-40χμ/Ω
Ένας φίλος σε sh300i έβαλε φουλ σετ mallosi με 15.5γρ μπίλιες και το μηχανάκι δουλεύει πιο χαμηλές στροφές, μπορείς να κατεβαίνεις λεωφόρους με 60-80 στην κίνηση και το μηχανάκι είναι ρελαντί
Βέβαια αυτό είναι 300 και έχει τρελή ροπή, αλλά μου την σπάει που το 150 ανεβάζει λες και είναι 50
Έχω το μαμά variator και όλα τα ελατήρια mallosi που είχα βάλει τα έβγαλα και έβαλα πάλι τα μαμά
Από εργοστάσιο φοράει 12.25γρ μπίλιες και έχω δοκιμάσει από 10 μέχρι 13, τώρα έχω τις 13 και το μηχανάκι στα 90-100 δεν είναι ανεβασμένο όπως πριν, όμως αυτό που με ενδιαφέρει είναι η περιοχή 0-40 που τώρα ανεβάζει πολλές στροφές, μην φανταστείς όπως όταν είχα βάλει 10γρ μπίλιες, αλλά και πάλι θέλω πιο λίγο
Μήπως φταίνε τα λευκά ελατηριακια mallosi που έχω αφήσει πάνω στον φυγοκεντρικό;
100% είναι το ελατήριο το μαμα ελατήριο είναι πολύ καλιτερο

Yeah, but the key to this is MPH and milage for some of us. I'm looking for a 200mile a day commuter that gets close to 100mph and could be easily modified to do 75mph. This seems the closest fit, and it's around 4k in price. I'm impressed.

I'm really not impressed with the machining that he's doing. It's not accurate enough, there will be lots of vibration from the run out of the parts at high speed.
