    If you cut pine tree saplings and stuck them in the rod holders or built a scissor rig from juniper like they use in NC on the sounds you should be able to get the sea ducks right on top of you. Scissor rig is a lot of work to use and build.

      The rod holders were originally for the pine trees we had, scissor rig would be the ticket! Thank you for the input Charles!

    Quite a duck boat. I just picked up a 21' bluefin w/ 150hp. Hoping I see over 40mph.

    How did you reinforce for the transom

      We tied the transom into the side walls and the stringers. Used a very thick piece of aluminum to thru bolt pontoon transom on.

    Do you still have the boat? How has the welded transom hold up? Great video.

      I sold the boat but the transom did really well, would go the same route if i was to do another build! thank you for the positive feedback Brett!
