Going to put it in the old StarCraft 👍
It would be a good upgrade for sure.
This video is very informative and also entertaining! I laughed out loud a couple times and answered most all my questions. I plan on adding to my new 1975 StarCraft 16’ Aluminum also gonna steal you pool noodle idea for the boat cover!
She looks great.
Thank you and thanks for watching
I will be doing all this same improvements .. love the new floor covering ... GREAT IDEA for the seats not being mounted and moveable to the front... or rear... I WILL BE DOING MY SEATS JUST LIKE THIS. and I have 14 boats currently !!
.THANKS AGAIN !!!
Keep 'em coming.
Micheal, you are such a great source of boat information!
I appreciate that! Thank you some much, comments like yours give me even more motivation, thanks for watching
Mike really enjoying the more frequent videos. Thx
Glad you like them!
Looks great we use too fish off the side rail
I thought about about putting it on the upper part of the boat, thanks for watching
We should listen too Johnnyrude🤣
He has some good information
Nice job looks like it was easy to work with. Looks nice
Thanks
Tim
It was very nice to work with. Thanks for the compliment and for watching.
Can`t beat the open bow split window design especially with inboard/out board.
I really enjoy it, thanks for watching
Floor looks real good . I really like how ya did ya pedestal seats less holes and less chance water enter floor even with sealant there’s always a chance . Definitely going to change my seat on front deck 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Let me know how it turns out for ya! Thanks for watching
Looks great 🎣🎣 I installed it on my aluminum boat and it makes a difference. Like your idea of the seat’s. Thanks Mike
Right on!
“5/8 to 11/16 of a can” 😂 I can tell your a machinist, getting all particular. Good vid!
Thanks 👍Yep, sometimes I just can't help myself, thanks for watching
Man that flooring looks awesome. Im considering doing a similar floor in my new 18' StarCraft. How has it held up?
I made my seats the exact same way for my 1974 Starcraft Holiday 18. I followed your video on them seats actually, lol. It's a Catfish boat so I can move my seats towards the rear to watch my rods in their rod holders and move em back when it's time to drive. I'm gonna fish out of it for a couple more years then I'm gonna do the transom, floor, etc. Really wanting to do the starboard floor.....how much heavier is it as opposed to marine plywood?
Maybe Orthodek or Hydro Turf will send you some samples to try out... Would love to hear your thoughts and comparisons.
If they send me some I would definitely review, thanks for watching
Looks really sharp! Super impressed by how it turned out. How much time did it take?
couple hours for the tear out and install, thanks for watching as always.
at some point i have to replace my floor carpet. do me a favor and shoot a video next spring on how well this holds up.
Absolutely will be doing a follow up video.
I put in my 210 ChampioN
Do you like the stuff so far? Thanks for watching and commenting
@@Michaelsbackyardmarina yes, but on a bass boat there will be wider gaps around the lids and you will need to paint the part of the lid you can see, but it’s very nice to fish from.
