Looks good! I would have liked to see the final transition between clips at the end.
Was it necessary to export the first clip after putting on the green mask? Couldn't you continue with the second clip transition on the same timeline? Asking seriously, as I have not tried this.

Yes because the clip needs to have the green mask in it and not in the overlay title
