Literally everything you say is debatable (or at least from what I know) i can debate on everything you just said but I’m too tired to do them all so I’ll do some
1. Hes the fastest thing alive. He’ll catch them no matter what. People always forget that sonic is the fastest thing alive + he was given a Guiness world record for the fastest video game character, in which the fastest character that these people come from. (Also confirming that he’s just the fastest thing no questions asked.
2. Doesn’t matter. He’s only letting the victim think they have a chance. He will catch you eventually.
3. If the disc is destroyed it’s not the end he always finds a way and plus everybody always opens the disc. So basically that would mean sonic can come out and he’s not able to be “destroyed” and the creator said if he somehow finds a way out chaos will surely happen.
4. He can enter the real world anyway through the disc
5.Sonic.exe can kill a lot of People in a small amount of time, the thing I agree about is the fact that he plays with his victims for too long so he doesn’t.
6. If people under his control are weak what gives him the problem killing them? He can do it himself.
7. You said he plays with them. So like any person if he cannot kill them while he’s playing he’ll go straight about it and just kill them no questions asked

For him to truly be defeated sonic would have to defeat him which would have to be made by a result of somebody else “defeating” him too

If by super form you mean Fleetway Super Sonic, this belongs to the Fleetway Sonic comics, and is part of the original Sonic, and Lord X is a different EXE

He can't kill a person in the real world since he needs them to play the game so that he can trap them inside the game and torture them for all of eternity. Yo if you're planning on making a part 4 I might have an idea for part 4 if EXE is still alive what if he encounters Mario exe and gets help from him to get revenge I feel like if this happens it will be very cool seeing a team up with 2 of the most famous EXE on the internet I also feel like if this happens it will be super intense seeing that the terror kids have to fight a being as powerful as sonic exe it will be super cool and interesting 🤩

I have a question what is classified as a terror kid since the deffinition on the internet is tooooooo broad and could mean every character from a little creepy child story could be a terror kid and I would like an exemple of the weaker games /film/ books you put in your Au and the strongest so I know the scale of power which can be used to define a terror kid .
I have to say chara is very different from the cannon in terms of power but some are good like not needing a body to interact with someone and touching subject and some are bad like destroying au's without killing anybody doesn't make sense and without needing a level of LV [LOVE (LeVels Of Execution)] of 20 in that timeline or that universe.Yes I know it's your Au but giving Overpowered powers to a character yaaaa IDK .Georgie being pennywise it's kinda cool but pennywise forgetting about himself that sounds blown out of proportions since he is a being in the cannon of the books who is older than the Earth.
Final Ideas :Ehh but I don't grasp the subject to well.So everybody please say in the replys what did I get wrong ,what I did get wright and explain the concept of terror kids to me since I am planing on writting a major tale (poetry) about them like a bard in medieval times .I try to do that for every fandom but I don't post them unless I want to.

And Georgie, no, Pennywise did not forget himself, he's in a state of rest, and he has not woken up yet, Georgie is like a vessel without feelings, as well as a kind of parallel personality to Pennywise, but Georgie is not the Real Georgie, the real Georgie is now resting in peace. This parallel personality who calls himself Georgie has not yet discovered that he is the reincarnation of Pennywise in person.
