Potentially older (pre-OBD2) vehicles are listed because it will still connect to them with an OBD1 to OBD2 adaptor cable. Be aware though that OBD1 functionality is very limited.

No, but does support most modules and functions of the car. VIDA DiCE is a higher grade Volvo specific tool. But beware of Chinese clones.

Yes it can do the Transmission Counter Reset and Re-adaptation assuming the year of the model is currently supported. i have an 00' V70 and it works.

Yes you can erase all the codes from all modules with Quick Erase. And the codes that will return are still active codes that are still a problem
