I was an Assistant foreman for the Royal Canadian Yacht Club for many years on the Toronto Islands, Canada. Many landscaping projects from flora and fauna to hard landscaping Concrete, Asphalt and Brickwork. I found if you don't hold your employees to a high standard then you've already losing the game. They didn't like me but that's not what get satisfactory results in the end. HAAHAA Ask your Ceo. They did thank me in the end for teaching them the proper ways it does suk sometimes while on the jobsights. But being an Aboriginal I was always judged.

Ryan be careful not to mistake inches and tenths especially when you go to doing your building. In the 6 in of pitch you gave the patio he gained a little pitch. The difference is about 1 1/4" but now the water should run even better. Good work!

Ryan all this employees that you have and they spend most of the time looking at you cause you're the only one that I see working.
That was very kind of you to make time in your busy morning to help those guys out and explain their sealer problem and how to ultimately fix it. Most people would just say "oh that's too bad" or something to get them to go away, especially when it's people that you don't know. Keep up the great work and keep being the great role model that you are to so many!
