- After the slow movement, I’m really thrilled to play for you my arrangement of the finale of Bach’s concerto for two violins.m BWV 1043. Every part is so much fun to play, I’m really looking forward to playing it with a real clarinet ensemble, but for now, just the 7 most important parts, let’s check it out ! Please tell me your opinion in the comments 🙏✨🎊🎉
My friend your are just bringing another level to the clarinet world. 🥇👏👏
Thank you so much ! I do my best 😊🙏✨
Indeed he is.
This just brought back childhood memories of playing this with my
late mom. She used to play the second violin part on her handmade French violin which she was given when she was 13 not long after the end of WWII and I played the first violin part on my flute. Thank you for bringing back these wonderful memories.
What a nice and moving memory, thank you for sharing !
Nicolas!! You’re so fabulous! I love what you do. Few people are writing their pieces, performing all parts, recording and editing and uploading. But yours are at such a crazy high level. My students and I are fans. I need to see if any of my college kids can get a Fulbright Scholarship to come and study with you. I’m too old, hahaha 👍🎼🎹❤️👏👏
Very fine artistry here! As a keyboardist, I found it interesting that the contrabass was being played on a keyboard sampler. Great idea, works wonderfully for me ((O:👍
I'm just amazed, utterly amazed. I lacked the talent to play like you. Huge respect.
Absolutely Great.
Bravo !! Bravo !! Bravo!! Excellent !
(Nicolas! Could you record "Clair de Lune" С.Debussy for 4x clarinets, I understand that there will be difficulties in recording, but still..)
😉
It looks easy when you're playing it
Une fois encore je vous envoie mon plus grand des compliments.
Le souçie de la perfection est perceptible.
Votre signature.
Merci pour votre beau partage.
Bravo encore
Wooow
Ton son est sublime!!!!!!!!!!!!!
¡Genial!
Amazing, Will you ever do the first movement?
Fantastique..!!
I want to play like you. 👍
Bravissimo! Spero tanto che tu pubblichi le parti, così che tutti possano avere la possibilità di acquistarle e suonarle. Sei un grande, nonostante la tua fama e popolarità, rimani umile e ti presti spesso all'ironia. Bravo!
Can you record Cello Suite 4 or 6 on Bass Clarinet? love your sound btw
Didn't know Dr.House had a twin brother ;-)
Bravo bravo! You are exellent performer!
Amazing rendition of this beautiful piece. The orchestra sounds (only) slightly deficient being played on clarinets only, but the solo voices are out of this world. I am a big fan!
Sei semplicemente l'apoteosi del clarinetto🎶🎵🎼
Simply Sublime!
C'est incroyable! Je le peux ecouter et ecouter.
Simplemente magnífico! C'est magnifique
I love that hiding (too quiet) in the background you kept the continuo on a keyboard rather than going overboard and being your own continuo as well -- oh, and Totorro taking pride of place!
Thank you Graham ! I love so much doing the continuo !
@@nicolasbaldeyrou1 I love the irony that in a piece for keyboard the continuo would be a drone on clarinet or oboe!
And please tell us about Totoro :-) That's serious fandom to have acquired his avatar and sit him on the best seat in the house!
Magnifico,bravo y gracias
Every time I watch your video I feel like I want to go practice.
Thank you so much!
Mi admiración por tus arreglos e interpretación va en aumento ! Suena todo magnífico !
Bravi 😍😍😍
Thank you as always❗
If it's a good clarinetist, everything sounds better on clarinet.
why do I see you on every video relating clarinets
@@michaelshi1360 because it's all I care about lolol

@@nicolasbaldeyrou1 de rien maestro . J'espère vous connaitre un jour et prendre des cours .

U R a m a z i n g
Wonderful phrasing!
how could i miss it? Bravo!
Thank you very much :-))
I was going to suggest one of the movements from the 3rd or 6th brandenburg. Truly you do an amazing job.
magnifique!!!
That sounds so nice, you're an amazing clarinetplayer andI love the sound of your boxwood instrument, it has quite a dark sound but it is als0 really warm at the same time ! it's a shame that the the clarinet (as we know it today) was not yet invented when Bach lived because Bach would have loved it and would have written a lot of music for it. I arranged the first movement of this concerto for 2 clarinets and piano. I am going to play it on a recital with a friend. Do you have any advise on how to play this music as a clarinet player?
Muito fera!!!!!! Parabéns!!
Those boxwood clarinets look expensive enough, but to fork out for five of them, phew!
Unfortunately it’s not mine but I love it !
Brilliant
❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Fantastique...
Mille mercis !
Superbe
I love you man
Wow magnificent! When did buffet start making yellow wood clarinet??
Itʼs boxwood (buis)
Its a boxwood prototype
Gorgeous as ever.
Can I ask what instrument you use and what wood is it made of and what are the differences from the ebony clarinet?
Use A clarinet to achieve baroque tuning, genius🤩
Very practical indeed 🙏🏼😊
Complimenti! Sei veramente super!
How do you keep topping yourself?!
Magnifico Mestre!
Merci André !
which reed do you use?
Buffet-Crampon Légende en buis?
jus realized you left the harpsichord (I presume) continuo out, must have sounded better just clarinets.
bonjour Nicolas c quel marc et model de la Clarinette?
How many clarinets do you have?!?!
I don’t own any of them unfortunately :-)) but I’m lucky to work at the buffet crampon factory
@@nicolasbaldeyrou1 Lucky you, still.
What is this yellow clarinet????????????
It’s made of boxwood :-))
@@nicolasbaldeyrou1 ou thank u for replying, and may i ask u what difference between ordinary Bb clarinet? what are advantages and disadvantages?
Wow is he playing in baroque pitch? Oooh that must be a clarinet in A I guess
Absolutely :-)))
Nicolas Baldeyrou Nice! Do you still play at the french radio orchestra? I saw you on CZcams playing Rachmaninoff’s concerto no 2 with Kissin, what an experience that must have been! That solo in the second movement was amazing. As a saxophonist/pianist I look up a lot to you both.
