  • After the slow movement, I’m really thrilled to play for you my arrangement of the finale of Bach’s concerto for two violins.m BWV 1043. Every part is so much fun to play, I’m really looking forward to playing it with a real clarinet ensemble, but for now, just the 7 most important parts, let’s check it out ! Please tell me your opinion in the comments 🙏✨🎊🎉

This just brought back childhood memories of playing this with my
late mom. She used to play the second violin part on her handmade French violin which she was given when she was 13 not long after the end of WWII and I played the first violin part on my flute. Thank you for bringing back these wonderful memories.

Nicolas!! You’re so fabulous! I love what you do. Few people are writing their pieces, performing all parts, recording and editing and uploading. But yours are at such a crazy high level. My students and I are fans. I need to see if any of my college kids can get a Fulbright Scholarship to come and study with you. I’m too old, hahaha 👍🎼🎹❤️👏👏

Very fine artistry here! As a keyboardist, I found it interesting that the contrabass was being played on a keyboard sampler. Great idea, works wonderfully for me ((O:👍

That sounds so nice, you're an amazing clarinetplayer andI love the sound of your boxwood instrument, it has quite a dark sound but it is als0 really warm at the same time ! it's a shame that the the clarinet (as we know it today) was not yet invented when Bach lived because Bach would have loved it and would have written a lot of music for it. I arranged the first movement of this concerto for 2 clarinets and piano. I am going to play it on a recital with a friend. Do you have any advise on how to play this music as a clarinet player?
