Brendan Yim it is a barrel extension/ replacement. so if you do not want to buy a replacement barrel or cannot afford a copper barrel. its meant to be cut for what ever your needs are.
The metal flash suppressor (?) is likely just a cosmetic piece to fit on the end of the barrel, on something such as an f10555 Stryfe extension. As for the tubing, you're supposed to take a Recon/Retal barrel and slap it in there, and then cut off (?) what is remaining behind the N-Strike barrel attachment piece. At least that what I gather from the pictures.

the "blow gun" things are just nerf barrelling materials. for if you want a a longer barrel or something of the sort. the little black pieces that came with it go inside the barrel and go into the little tabs inside a regular nerf retaliator/recon barrel.
The tube is for re barrelling attachable barrels like the retaliator one, then once you have a huge barrel sticking out of the attachment you put the ring thing on the end of it so you can attach workers different muzzle breaks. You can also cut the barrel shorter if you want less barrel drag ect. Thanks Drac for being awesome :)
Hey Drac, I know what the tube is for. The tube is for when you open up a barrel extension, it replaces the tube inside. it is surpose to make the barrel longer. the muzzle break is for the tube.

Drac. I'm a blowgunner playing at Oklahome State. And the tubes are indeed blowguns. It's just you are using the wrong ammunition. They are rifled for accuracy and range, but the same inner diameter as 1/2 inch PVC. Whistler darts are the perfect ammo for them and they usually get 75 foot to 115 foot ranges, depending on the length of the blowgun.

If you haven't found out yet those blow gun tube things,to my understanding they are to be fitted inside recon,retailiator, barrel attachments so you can custom fabricate cool looking barrels like ak47,and other assault rifles and carbines
the Barrels is a replacement for the retaliator, EAT, rampage and anything else with and internal barrel. Those rings are the stablizer so you put it on and it gives a larger barrel that looks more "realistic" Worker is to fit the milsim and tactical nerf, (banana mag, flashhider, and barrel etc.)

I love the look and quality of the stock, I still use my Stockade stocks, but these look better, especially if I'm doing a complete cosmetic mod. Hasbro nerf made the exact same stock as the death deal that came with the switch shot super soaker but it didn't have the lightning bolt. It's the same thing as the worker stock
I'm not sure if the muzzle break improves anything since I have yet to test it out on my blaster yet. But it fits a 19mm outer diameter barrel. (Fits perfectly on the barrel they provided you with)
I'm sure that the barrels you got extend and/or widen your barrel extension barrels since the tubes also came with little fitting nubs like on the retaliatory barrel. Idk, my guess.
The tube ing is for better barel replacement there supposed to help you accuracy what u do is cut it to the proper size and replace the nerf barel with the worker barel after you've. Cut it to the right size

the thing about copy rights and patents is that the US can't do or say anything to other countries copyrighting American products because it's from another country. for an example, in airsoft there is a direct copy of glock pistols in airsoft but the company glock of course can't do anything because the ripoffs are made in china. hoped I cleared that up for you.
China has different copyright laws companies have to copyright their products in China separately for them to recognise thier patients, so if you don't copyright your stuff in China it's fair game for nockoff's.

Clips are what an m1 garand might use, they are still very related to firearms.
