      It's his fault in the 1st place as he clearly mentioned he lets the players decide. He could have done this a long time ago & it would have made things clear.
      Now he is saying Palmer is the taker. He created this mess. Argentinian fraud, can't wait for him to leave.

      @@Joe_c21He spoke to the team after in the dressing room and made it clear that behaviour is unacceptable, and threatened action if it were to occur again. Then dealt with it immediately in the press conference.

      @@Joe_c21He allowed the team to work it out on the pitch to see the different characteristics. Gallagher did well stepped up as captain, Noni although instigated it realized he was wrong after Gallagher stepped in, Jackson was very childish continued even after the goal was scored. Sometimes seeing an issue and how the team and players deal with it is more valuable than a coach stopping the learning experience by substituting. Also if he subs Jackson and Noni immediately and benches them who else does he play next games with so many injuries.

    Poch just told everyone that this team is a bunch of kids, and this is what he has to deal with week in and week out. This is why the performances are inconsistent, this is why, earlier in the season the simple cut back pass for an easy goal wasn't an option for these selfish young players always looking out for themselves.

    Sell these ego players to lower La Liga - Primera Federación and then they can call the shots but never have them in a top flight team cause they would ruin clubs all over the world.

      Bit too harsh for a kids offence isn't it? Marina didn't sell Kepa after he literally refused to obey the coach live, which looked way worse than this situation. If Kepa got a second chance (and let's admit he took it), why shouldn't Jackson.

      He meant his position and experience. He's not a striker, he has no experience playing the main scorer for the team. Yet despite that he is the top scorer and he plays like a leader on the pitch.

  • @HdHd-hp6qz

    Well it still poch fault for there being confusion on the pitch. Because clearly the other players didn’t know that. At least two other players than palmer tried to take the penalty. That can only be through poor communication from the bench. Now Chelsea have two players that don’t like each other on camera.

    • @brendashanahan8968

      Are you drunk? that was pure ill-discipline and I'm not a Chelsea fan. Youngsters getting too giddy. They know who the pen taker is. There is no confusion everyone knows who takes the pens at Chelsea. They wouldn't be too keen away to Real Madrid at 0-0 with a minute to go in a CL game. I hope he fined them.

    • @levindeed
      @levindeed Před měsícem +1

      @@victorian-dad the players respect the manager. They are also a bunch of kids with huge wages who literally don't know how to behave at times, especially in such circumstances. What Jackson did doesn't come from disrespect to the coach, it comes from not understanding how your actions affect both you and the team. He's a boy who spent most of his life chilling in Senegal where nobody cared and in Spain where being loud and emotional is a way of life. It will take some time and mistakes for him to realize that he needs to grow up. I'd say this one was unavoidable from the beginning of the season, with all the yellow cards that he was getting for arguing with referees.
