Got my OMNIA hearing aids last week having trouble with the right one charging &holding a charge light flashing but stop later not getting a full charge when I pick it up it is on without the tone coming on what’s wrong have checked to make sure it is not dirty

I am having similar problems with charging but if you turn your phone off and then on, that seems to allow the app to recognize both left and right. I am going to change to the larger battery and see if that makes a difference. The smaller one only held a charge for 12 hours with about 4-5 hours of streaming.

Took them back in it was a bad chip in the hearing aid

Oh, I don’t think there are charging contacts because it is induction charging so the contact thing shouldn’t be the issue..
They found the trouble chip trouble they sent a new pair picking they up tomorrow
