Our aim is to keep the meditation simple and achievable and allow you to experience the sound in your own way; simple guidelines for the meditation are set out below.

432 Hz Temple Bell Meditation - 30 minutes no talking
Simple guidance for listening to this Temple Bell meditation
Sit in a comfortable position for you, allow your shoulders to drop and rest your hands in your lap or on your knees., keeping your body relaxed with your back straight perhaps leaning a little away from the back of your chair
Take a few deep breaths allowing your out-breath to be longer than your in breath, feel the rise and fall of your body as you breathe in and out.
Return to your body breathing naturally, feel the rhythm of your body, the familiar movement of breathing
Now place your attention on the sound of the bell, fully focus on the sound, following each strike
Notice the quality of the sound, how the sound pulses gently before it disappears
Notice if the sound affects any part of your body more than another
As you listen to the bell notice your mind calming and your body relaxing
When your mind wanders as it will do, bring your attention back to your breath for a moment or two, notice the familiar rise and fall of your body then focus again on the sound
Notice how your body feels at the end of this sound meditation
Notice if there have been particular thoughts that you have
Give yourself a couple of minutes to simply sit before beginning gentle movements, perhaps gently rubbing your hands together, flexing your toes and circling your ankles
Finally place your hands together over your heart area and acknowledge this time you've given yourself to relax and refresh

Finally I found the good side of CZcams may god give you all a blissful lovely life with your families
I have to say that after doing considerable research into all the CZcams singing bowl videos advertising 432 Hz, this is the first one that is actually tuned to that frequency.
Thank you Todd and that is why we made the video originally so people could hear a good example of a bowl of this frequency as there are so many that say they are but are actually quite different. For us when we choose a bowl, a sound, it’s all about the sound and the effects we feel from that sound or mix of sounds. Best wishes Pam and Jurek

@@fuzziemusic we use a free app called Spectrum Analyser for Android to measure the frequencies of our bowls. We understand there can be some variation in measurements when using different apps - we have no intention of misleading people Best wishes Pam and Jurek
@@sound-and-silence i used Spectroid for android, but a 1 Hz difference is probably maginal with these apps, and perhaps the type of phone also has some influence.

For a week I’ve been suffering from C6-7 herniation in my spine. Impossible to appease this pain. Whilst walking throu our home I spotted a singing bowl such as this one, (purchased many
years ago in Galveston. I dusted it off and began the magic. It was so calm and grounding. And now I find this video on CZcams. Wow… thank you!

Listened to this because I was sick and not feeling good at all. Had been coughing non stop so I played it and placed my phone on my chest with the sound on loud. When I first played this-- less than 30 seconds-- my head hURT- and my bad eye did too-- and I almost stopped-- but less than 2 minutes in-- suddenly- my bad eye isn't getting the flashes and stuff and NO longer hurts AT ALL (and it has for 5 years now due to injury)... and the headache is gone-- feels SOOOOOOO good!!!! All that in 2 minutes.... no one can tell me this stuff doesn't work!!! ha. THANKS for the video to the creator..
@@davidwayne9982 Thank you for listening and taking the time to tell us of your experience. We find that listening, experiencing the sound is so unique to them. I have been working in this way for over ten years and it varies from person to person - my first two gong tutors used to say we get what we need from the sound. They recomend setting an intention at the beginning and again at the end which I always do silently.
I can think of at least two friends who used sound, accepted reiki and other healings from different people and they didn't get better. They really wanted to but each life is different, different stresses, environments - none of us can predict what happens. I usually approach with an open heart and mind and no attachment to outcome.
Have used sound as part of my well being for years and really notice the difference if I'm away from my instruments (although I usually have a rattle, a drum and maybe a singing bowl with me). I used sound as part of my own healing from serious illness and radical treatment which left me so depleted, with an uncertain prognosis - that was 12 years ago and I'm well now.

I had trouble sleeping. This sound makes me fall into deep sleep very easily. I feel very much energized after that.

Son magnifique. Ma respiration était très courte et j’ai pu observer que l’étau dans ma poitrine se desserrait, ma respiration est devenue plus calme, plus ample et plus profonde. Petit à petit regain d’énergie. La résonance est très agréable, comme des ondes concentriques dessinées sur l’eau calme. Deux fois, j’ai remarqué un son très long qui ne partait pas en ondes concentriques et ça c’est cadeau. Merci.

We always say when using sound as a meditation find something that really resonates with you and that may be something like birdsong among trees, noticing the different birdsong, the energy of the song, the different calls at different times of year, how you feels when spending time focussing on the bird songs and calls. Looks like something I have my device on a small metallic stand and listening to this bell. You can literally feel the pulsating tone of the bell through the metal! This is the best bells sound I have heard so far!

At the seven minute mark, I immediately tranced into another dimension, I saw so much, it felt like hours, when I shook back, the video was at 6:59 mark!! I'm blown away
Thank you for listening and taking the time to comment on your experience while listing to the video. We have found that time seems to pass differently when meditating with sound, especially for me when using a gong. You are the first person who has noted the time.
When I've been in a group soundbath I've thought I'm taking ages to 'get into it' to relax and then the tingshas are being played and it's the end of the session.
For me it feels similar to when I know I absolutely have to get up at a very early time - for example when having to leave early to travel or take someone else to an airport or pick them up. I feel like I haven't slept but then I check and actually I've always slept more than I think.

@@Antonia_801 we have been collecting for years and buy most of our bowls from this buyer on eBay, he puts sound clips so you can listen. We always say buy whichever sound bowls you really like, whichever sound really resonates with you. These are old bowls and each one is unique in sound and how it looks. We have found the bowls have mostly have a different combination of frequencies too with one dominant frequency and others called partials.
Buy the bowl you enjoy listening to the most., we also believe it’s the way you play and the intention you have for using the bowl are important - happy searching
