I'm pretty sure I came from the AVGN. I think I was watching a video and was mad that a guy was ripping off the name. Then I started watching Johnny and realized that the channel was actually completely different and I loved every video.

I've always maintained that Rob Man is the jelly to Johnny's peanut butter. On his own Johnny is great, but there isn't quite an episode like when Rob is talking with him.

Axogreen actually I do own and have completed Lucifers call (Aussie here) on PS2. Just the basic play thru though, never got into collecting all the different monsters. Thanks for the recommendation though, I’ll look into it.

It's funny, a part of me is really curious about what caused you guys' falling out and coming together again, but I understand it's a private thing and a part of me doesn't really want to know. You're friends now which is all that matters. Good to hear from Rob and I'm glad he's doing alright.

I vaguely remember skipping that video when it was uploaded because a part of me didn't want to watch due to always being uplifted by Johnny's videos and not wanting to be brought down. Silly I know but that was my thinking back when the video was posted. Thankfully it was very encouraging, as I knew it would be deep down. Thank you again.

I wonder when was the last time i'd talk like that with passionate buddy. Even when you're far apart you guys keep the gaming passion alive. Listening to you guys made me feel like i'm talking to a friend myself, everyone's so busy these days they haven't talk about gaming with me for awhile. Hearing you guys kinda healed me in a way. ^^;

My backlog of amazing games I have to catch up on is getting embarrassingly long. But I was having an itch for a tactical game to play (something like final fantasy tactics or advanced wars etc) so me being the genius I am, decided to finally try out a disgaea game for the first time to see what all the fuss was about. It was the greatest and worst decision I could have made as someone who is trying to catch up on their backlog. The game is absolutely fantastic but it is extremely addicting and there is SO MUCH to do. I fear I will never ever be able to catch up on anything else now. Not since Divinity Original Sin 2 have I been this instantly hooked on a game.
I must complete them. I must complete them allllllll...
I'm really tempted by Divinity Original Sin 2 but apparently it requires quite a bit of thinking involved. Maybe when I'm craving to think I'll go for it but Rn I also have too much of a backlog!
Natural86 its tactical for sure but doing the “adventurer mode” (I think that’s what it’s called) with a pre made character is a great start for newbies to the series or to that type of game. It makes the combat a lot easier and let’s you see the story unfold faster that way. After one run under that setting, you will have the game down to a science. And man oh man, is it phenomenal. I’m a bit older so a lot of my favorite games ever consist of SNES RPGs and the like, but I remember the Witcher 3 grabbing me right away and becoming one of my favorite games ever. Since then, there have been great games but nothing that I enjoyed to the extent of the first time I played chrono trigger, final final fantasy 6, shin megami tensei nocturne, and the Witcher 3. After beating the game 8 times in total (and I’m STILL playing it!) I can honestly say that Divinity Original Sin two has surpassed all SNES RPGs, all modern western RPGs like the Witcher 3, and even my ps2 favorites like Persona 4 as my new favorite RPG of all time. Its just that perfect. As soon as you finish one run with one character, you will immediately want to do another run with another one of the pre made characters and learn their origin story. I ended up doing every pre made characters origin story before I even created my own character and made my own quest. I NEVER do that. The writing and amount of choices is just so addicting.

Reminds me of my best friend and myself. I'm always the one hyping weird, lesser known games to my pal and he always blows them off but when he finally comes around to taking my word for it he plays the games nonstop and becomes better at them than myself.

Thank you for introducing me to my favourite game series of all time (besides Pokemon of course), my guess is you didn't want to highlight the controversies surrounding Epic Game Store etc. We the fans should just be damn happy it's finally getting a continuation after all these years!

I was born in 92 i never got into d&d but the way I hear you guys talk about it really makes me feel like its something I could dig into and enjoy. How do you go about connecting with people in your area that want to play. I live in Southwest Florida and I haven't had a lot of luck with anyone teaching me how to play or even finding groups.
