Glass Garden Art

Ever wanted to make these plate flowers? Here is my start to finish guide on how to make these super fun and colorful creations!
Here's what you need:
Plates of your choice (yard sale, garage sale, thrift store etc)
Hacksaw
Power drill
Crescent wrench
Hammer
Scrap piece of wood (short piece of 2x4)
Safety Glasses or goggles
Plastic diswashing tub (to put plate in while drilling, this may be optional for some people as large plates may not fit inside)
From Hardware store or Amazon:
1 - 1/2" metal electrical conduit in the length of your choice
1 - 1/4" screw cap bolt or regular bolt, 3 or 4" long
1 - 1/4" flat washer
1 - 1/4" lock washer if you want one
1 - 1/4" bolt matching thread size of bolt
1 - Tube of clear construction silicone adhesive
1 - 5/16" diamond drill bit (Dewalt model dw5574)

Beautiful. I love making them. Each one unique. I did see a hack for assembling that eases my nervousness about tightening the hardware. Rubber washer was used in place of metal ones.

My experience with 86,000 is yes it does kind of turn yellow and yes it does shrink
