Currently he is working on 3D animation and modelling skills for a new video. He actually implemented some of the 3D-modelled training scenes in his music videos. He is still pretty active on his website though.

To be fair, to anyone with a passion for history, becoming acceptably well versed on Japanese history is pretty easy. Japan's a 1st world civilized nation friendly to the west with a written history of hardly 1000 years.

I honestly think that bill wurtz should make a separate channel for education. He wouldn’t need to change his style, but he could make more history videos and include the important details. As a student, his history videos are the only history videos on CZcams that i learn anything from. I would actually love it and use it

The reason "History of the Entire World I Guess" exploded in views was because it was released the day before the 2017 World History AP test, and we all know students were searching on CZcams "history of the world". It was no coincidence that he released it THAT day. Fantastic planning on his end.

He’s such a confusing guy but I love it
Honestly, its one of my favorite channels ever. The creativity and his way of not following any trend and doing his own thing its truly amazing. His style of music is original, as well as editing, time for each video, lyrics and how most of them don't make sense but they also do somehow... I truly admire him. Most people do what famous people do so they become famous as well. And it usually doesn't work. It totally didn't work for him either with his style.. At first. But he kept trying and trying without changing a thing BUT he made his first hit and that's where it started. Everyone famous started at 0 and worked their way up. Pewdiepie, Mr. Beast, Charlie D'amelio, Sssniperwolf, James Charles, Billie Eilish, BTS, 5 minute crafts, and whoever you consider famous. They didn't just born famous.
Moral of the story: do your own thing, be creative and NEVER lose hope. You will get what you want one day and you will be so thankful that you kept trying. DONT GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS!!

I love Bill Wurtz' video's for the sheer quirkiness of them.
That's how CZcams started off: a video sharing platform, posting video's of what we love, laugh and are passionate about.
A hobbyist site, nothing like a career choice at the time.
Professionalism and consistency may improve the quality of one's content, it may also tip the balance from passionate to pretentious.
The latter can cause a shift in attitude that can disconnect from the core audience and ultimately lead to a channels downfall.
Yeah but then there are channels like Vanoss who are very passionate about making the videos and still make a lot of money off them while incorporating jokes about monetization and the 10 minutes you need to have midrolls and trying to incorporate the midrolls themselves into the jokes.
