- Welcome to the latest MoDXtra: Games & Collectibles action figure review. In this instalment we're taking a look at the new G.I. Classified Series Techno-Viper figure.
That's right - I'm still slowly ploughing my way through the raft of GI Joe Classified pre-orders that arrived in early April, and the Techno-Viper was next on my "to review" list. I'm always eager to offer a solid review that comes from some decent hands-on, man-child playtime experience with my action figures, but the Techno-Viper's been with me for quite a while so I've really got to know this particular fig. It's always great to have a bit purple helmeted toy around the desk, y'know? ;P
This is a THOROUGH review. It will involve a brief unboxing of Techno-Viper, an overall view of the figure, and then some detailed thoughts around his aesthetic, articulation, and accessories. (My action figure review Triple A's LOL).
Its exciting to have a continued focus on GI Joe Classified on the channel, and its my hope that if you've been thinking of picking up an Techno-Viper of your own its my hope this thorough review will help you make your decision.

Great review mate! Longer hose for sure! Second hose would have been lovely as well. Tools and gun may have looked better molded in gray/silver.. but that’s asking a bit. I went handle up on the backpack… like the OG figure.. more or less trying to figure out which way was better with the hose. lol I DO like how well the hose connects! I wish metalheads legs were done that way. Cheers!
I tried turning the back pack around after Bobby W mentioned it, but I think it sits too high and looks funny :(
Yeah I thought the hose on his back pack was way too short to place onto his gun. However the color scheme on him makes him visually appealing and adds a spark of color to one's collection. Great unboxing and review videos Chris 👏

I'm a huge fan of purple - some of my favourite shirts are purple - a wonderful "spark of colour" indeed. 😀
So the backpack is supposed to be 180 tools on the top side tanks on the bottom. I kind of want to make a special hologram for his wrist with the 404 error code.
Really? That means they've put the peg in a really funny spot. It would solve the challenge with the tube to the gun though...
A 404 error code would be VERY funny and I fully encourage you to come up with that LOL 😂
