Great video! The band-aid wordsmithing is the nature of LIO "until the sale is made" i.e. until the final decision was made to make "money" acting as the supreme court. In other words, there is not single questioning of the conflict of interest at that very high level. The curious part is why they call(ed) it Order instead of Structure. Order implies obedience, whilst Structure suggests relevance, flow and active responsibility. Structure implements commitment that emerges from shared Vision and Mindsets, whilst Order imposes direction due to a lack of leadership skills. In other words, the latter hijacks the future progress by preserving the status quo via technology of control. So the addition of the word Liberal that, although intended for brave, strong, and rebellious, leaves too much room especially for arrogant and manipulative who than witch-hunt the right of free speech as the seeds of some new WW crises and continue to do what they want as long as others either do not complain or are made not to complain. Order also implies hierarchy and hierarchy by its nature breeds false competence and self-destruction protected by the wilful ignorance of the controlling class ... until the world again unites, eliminates the fake order and the leader gets crowned a new king. Unfortunately, that also starts another cycle of negotiations of privileges, as if the masses are (made) oblivious of the past, which seems to be repeating itself for the previous, at least, five thousand years.

There was an excellent issue of the journal International Organization (published in 2001) that had a number of articles on the LIO, several of which I use in my classes. I'd recommend starting there. Good luck in your studies!

You might be showing a little bias when you suggest Russia is supporting "far-right" groups in the West. From what I can see, Russia's criticism of the West's move toward extreme multiculturalism, mass migration and a very illiberal liberalism is also shared by many in the West who are not "far-right".

Russia has been supporting Trump and other right wing extremists. Listen to the political scientists.
