As of the home - what a tradition!!! I didn't even saw any house with those decors anymore! Also, the house was a huge one.....what's the cost back in the day? $750,000+? Now, got to be more than 1.5+millions!

I think the kids will be very happy growing up in Australia with so much space at the grand parents. :) Though we need all this rain to stop for a little first. Otherwise what's the point of living in Sydney?

真實告白大家。澳洲這裡小學生生活真的多彩，直到中二。青少年由中三開始生活就非常沉悶因為由於交通不方便，每個state or council 沒有建立青少年課外活動。除非你有錢去參加運動club. 否則青少年沒有什麼活動可做。造成很多青少年變成不良少年。或是留在家中打機。或是跟著父母出外。

電器既嘢，大耐要更換，不是古懂，不是款式問題，而系舊會短路。

Old appliances will keep working where as newer ones are disposable and will need to be replaced in like 3-4 years. Not the same quality anymore!

Electric n electronic appliances 20years old, although still working because when bought was top of the range. It is no longer energy efficient. Long term changing to newer appliances will equate to cost of electricity n gas bills.
