This option was to transfer from bank to PayPal, which I have seen it works best with desktop or laptop and PayPal app which is not available is some countries. Ather option to transfer from bank to PayPal is if you live in USA you can link your bank , is easy also.. Otherwise thanks for the video it helped
says you need funds in your paypal to do that action or something to that effect when i click transfer funds, so its not to transfer money to your paypal account from bank, also theirs no transfer money icon in the wallet, just send payment, which again says i need money in my paypal to do, so essentially their isnt a way to add funds, at least not from a computer
It doesn’t work , I always have a message "we are having trouble with this transaction, try another card", both accounts are already linked, talked to customer service and they told me to wait 3 days. It just simply doesn’t work. No one able to resolved issue.
Why doesn't this work when transferring money via a debit card into my paypal account from my PC but it does work when using the app? I constantly get the message "We’re having trouble with this transaction" every time on my PC with two different debit cards from two different banks.

To add money, firstly, I need to click 'transfer money', but after clicking I receive a message that there is nothing to transfer right now. Try again when you have a PayPal balance. So, the question is the same: 'How to add money to PayPal?'.
