- Building my ultimate motorcycle shop EP3! Parts storage and moving bikes over! In this episode I finish up the upstairs parts room with carpet, trim, and finally shelves for my small items that will be resold. I also start moving over necessary furniture like my packaging table, refrigerator, table, and chairs among other things. Finally, moving a few bikes over really helps to make the place feel like home! I'm definitely looking forward to the next steps as I move closer to finally getting to work out of here!

I can see by the rest of the comments...face it dude, WE ARE ALL LOVING THIS!!!
What's strange though is ever single shop update video has caused a mass unsubscribe from people. Every single one loses people even though I hear you want to see this lol.
I just love this project. No more I can say. Just love it!
The biggest project to date!
Looks really good. The only thing I would change is take the lift into the backroom and make it your build area with all your fab equipment. Make that front room your display for your built bikes.
Wish I had a space like that!
Thanks! The front half is for clean work like service and wiring. Out back will be fabrication. There won't be much room once the cars come and I get the rest of the parts and corresponding shelves.
Enjoying the journey with you mate -cheers from Oz.
Many thanks!
Puttin in the work! It’s already awesome n gonna be so cool!👍🏼
Thanks!
Congrats on your new shop. Many builders strive to reach this level of accomplishment but most don’t succeed. The shop should bring in a lot of new business and keep you in projects for years to come. Have fun & enjoy!
Thank you! It will be a place where I can finally work on my own projects that have been on eternal backlog. I actually do not do customer work any longer
New shop is shaping up great!! Good job!
It's seriously starting to get there!
Looking good! Hard work pays off. 😎🇧🇻💪💪👍💯
🤘🤘
Very nice! Thanks for the update 🫵🏻👍🏻
🤘🤘
It's coming along very nicely, man! All that space! I am very much enjoying the shop videos, as are many of your other viewers! Keep up the awesome work, dude! 🤘
Thanks Andy! I wish the shop videos were more loved as I actually lose subscribers every time I post them lol
@BrickHouseBuilds I don't understand how a fan of your bike videos wouldn't like your shop videos? To me, it makes perfect sense to enjoy the videos about where you'll be doing the bike videos!
Can I use the word "videos" any more times in that last paragraph?! 🤣
Somebody said it earlier: you are literally living some people's dream! Don't change that because of what some internet stranger does or doesn't like! You do you! You seem happy doing it! 👍
Much love and all the best! 🍻🤘💜
Best of luck with the new shop it's great to see
Thank ya!
Dude this is sooooo sick! I’m all in on this journey with you. Thanks for continuing to share and inspire us all to keep aiming for the stars.
Thank ya! I'm happy people are interested in these videos since they are not about motorcycles lol
WOW!! Ride to the Rockies t-shirt makes an appearance!
One of them yes! Honored to wear it!
Awesome workshop you got there! Plenty of space for future project bikes! 😉😃
Well believe it or not I feel I will still be limited on space with what I have lol
@@BrickHouseBuilds Oh my... 😆
I’d use the metal racking downstairs for parts storage and put the wooden shelves upstairs for merch. Only my opinion 👍
Why?
@@BrickHouseBuilds metal racking looks tidier and the wooden shelves being upstairs nobody would see them. As I said, only my opinion 🤷♂️
If you have any plywood left, lay it across the gap between the two shelves. Good for smaller items that may fall through grating.
Also, before I moved out of my parents, I had some Lego starwars of various flying sets, hung them by fishing string from some screw in hooks. I don’t know if you have any airplane sets or whatever, but you can use a medium or large binder clip and remove the silver handle once installed on the ceiling grid for a place to hang wire / fishing line from. Maybe a BTTF DeLorean.
My room growing up had a ton of airplanes hanging from the ceiling. The chill out room may get something like that! Also, you definitely need to swing by soon so I can give you that hat!
Can't wait to see it in person!
You coming in September?!
@@BrickHouseBuilds when is the open house?
@@jkunz27 September 30th. Head over to my facebook page for the full event
@@BrickHouseBuilds I'll be there!
Awesome stuff!!! Enjoying watching your success unfold!

Thanks so much for the kind words! 🙏🙏
The shop is looking awesome, must have felt great pushing the first bike through the doors.
Definitely a good yet also strange feeling! Today I got a lot more stuff in and its looking full!
Shop is looking great, may be able to swap your fridge door hinges side to side so the door is easier to open, some have the holes already there with caps over them
I want it to open from that side as I mounted the door that way. Super easy
Looks Great!
Thank ya!
Awesome shop build!❤😊
Thank you!
Man that’s a lot of work! You’ve been busy! Place is coming along 🙌🏻
Definitely been mega busy lol. Thanks dude!
Love it man! Looks really good, u living the dream!

Looking very nice 👌 great job
Thanks!
Looking good.
🙏🙏
Damn! Looking great.
Much appreciated 🙏
The dream of owning a repair shop has now come true, I hope the custom motorbike repair shop will be busy and many customers will come. maybe need to sell additional motorcycle accessories to make it more attractive to customers who come to buy motorbike jacket helmets and motorbike boxes for touring also need to be in the workshop so that there are more diverse sales displays in the workshop..... ❤❤❤❤ love it.. good luck bro
Thank you but I do not do customer work. I am only working on my own projects and making content, selling parts. The door will remain locked as I do not take walk in clients.
@@BrickHouseBuilds okey ! I see 😊😊
I am so excited for the future content and wish you the most success
Thank you much! I'm very excited to up my quality and efficiency here
Sweet setup😮
Thank ya!
Really coming on a treat now, BJ! The effort definitively will be worth it. 👍
Many thanks!
Much nicer to work when you have a great space
That it will be!
Totally cool when you can bring bikes in through the front door. I bet it smells awesome, rubber, fuel, grease paint combination...........looking very good, that floor is special !
Still has the new car smell up front actually. Out back I already have it smelling like metal grinding 🤘🤘
Such a sick space! You are literally living my dream. I sincerely wish you the best, I hope this works out for you!
Thanks so much!
What a nice shop, can't wait to see videos of it being used. Well done so far
Its getting close! Just need a bit of electrical and to move the main things from.my garage
New space looks great.
Thank ya!
Looks great! Things are really coming along.
Thank ya!
Seeing the whole shop and getting the walk through and seeing the amazing progress you’ve made is making me really highly very much consider making the trip. ALSO!!!!! The MZR shirt looks so sick! Thank you and honored to see you wearing it in a video. You’re the man 🤘⚡️
Thanks man! I'm so excited to hang your banner up proudly in front!
Wow! I've been "holding off" this video for some time. Just awesome. Looks great. You have my attention. (still looking at craigs list). I made a decision to visit a band this next week. Oh no!
Your shop is super cool. I am excited for you. I also wanted to say thanks for your Buell content videos. I love my Buell’s. And thanks to your feedback on Velocity Calibration. They have just reworked my shock. Super excited for the work that they had done in restoring it for me.
Thanks man! Glad you went to Velocity as he treated me well! I'm planning to use him more soon
Bro, mind blown. What an awesome shop! Can’t wait to see all your new content in this shop
Thanks!
amazing man so cool to see this come together
Thank ya!
Man, that helmet cubby is a good idea! Shop is looking sweet! 👌
FYI, you can swap the door hinges on your fridge so they open to the sink. May be easier for prep work.
Thanks! Made it in like 45 minutes using that finish nailer which is awesome
Great work - It's coming along nicely. A testament to the sweat equity you put into it!
So much sweat lol
Mega jazzed for you! looking forward to so many extended intros of you rolling on a stool from all the way in the back of the garage up to the camera to say hello.
Also submitting a request for more Brick House Good Boys content
I feel like I can do that for ya! 🤣
Really nice job on your floor and trim. The shelves makes it a great parts room! Everything is looking great. So, the 'warehouse', are you keeping or vacating that? I can see why you wanted 6000 sq. ft. , adding the cars you use a lot of space! Working out front with all the glass is really cool and open and airy feeling. Really happy for your expansion!
The space ends up being split 50/50 with 1500 in front for hang out, parts storage, and clean work. In back the other 1500 is storage and fabrication type stuff.
I would buy merch your awesome
Well I'd very much appreciate it! Merch is always available on my website www.brickhousebuilds.com
Hope you get a lot of blessings out of the shop! Looks amazing
Much appreciated!
Coming together VERY nicely!! So much potential there. Can't wait to see how you get your workspace all set up, I'm sure it will be great!
It's getting there for sure!
That is such a huge change in size from your current workspace! Super exciting 🙌 and it looks great 👌
Thank ya! Hopefully I get to see you here in September!
@@BrickHouseBuilds absolutely 💯

Hard to beat a good workshop , half of mine has a dirt-floor ! Dave NZ

Super job mate, all coming together nicely, you’ve certainly outgrown the garage & warehouse, looks super clean too
Thank ya! Definitely ran out of space
Dude this is so awesome I can't wait to see the builds you film in here. Congrats man this is a huge deal!
Thanks so much! I hope to be able to do all of it faster as well. So much to do

No vids in some time. I get it. I am very happy for your success. This morning I've got a FYI and question. Have you ever done a review of the tech in that Suzuki gas cap? OMG! There are two "paths" for pressure release for the tank and then another pressure release "pathway" from underneath. Microscopic. Gaskets, (a carburetor like spring / pin assembly. All Microscopic. All Where you put in the key to open the tank. Check this issue out..... You could share gas Cap wisdom. Just saying.
The Brick House Builds HQ is looking good. Does the space have a security system? Years ago I had someone break into an office space I was renting. They took my computers and some guitars and music equipment I had in there. (It was my office/jam space.) There's nothing worse than having thieves take your stuff. An alarm or security cameras might have prevented it. The back space looks pretty well fortified, but the front looks a little vulnerable.
Working on it I promise. Only so much time
A motorbike repair shop local to me in the UK got broken into last year and 2 bikes stolen. As a result, they upgraded their alarm system to include a smoke cloud gadget that fills the whole shop with a thick fog that you can hardly see your own hand in front of your face. It totally disorientates would be thieves to the extent they are still trying to find their way out when the police arrive to arrest them . Neat gadget.
need a few TVs with GP super bikes lifestyle etc.
If love to set up a big projector for moto gp nights or something
Looks awesome man!
By the way…
Do you know where I can get a front headlight modulator? They are legal in all 50 states.
It goes bright and dim on your head light so people can see you better.
I have a 1980 c×500 deluxe with under 3000 miles.
I'd like to put one on and thought you would probably know
Thanks in advance!
Are you setting up shop as a repair or restore business or just for your own personal projects?
Not doing any customer stuff. Only taking time to finally catch up on my own projects
Hi BJ, please wear safety goggles when air nailing, when I worked as a contractor I was air nailing some door trim, a nail hit a screw under the drywall, did a u-turn and buzzed past my forhead so close I felt the wind....It really takes a second to loose an eye or worse. No I am not your mum, but pass on my experience so young guys may take notice. I always wear safety glasses now when air nailing. 😉
Thats scary!
I was wondering about the big Blue scooter I saw in passing, I was wondering if it was a Yamaha? So much to see and speculate about.
One thing you will need is an area to do your video editing in. I was wondering where that would be.
The blue scooter is a Suzuki Burgman 400. I ride it in this video: czcams.com/video/QvNiSbN_OFk/video.html
As far as where I edit that will remain at home in my comfortable setup.
Great space! I’m looking for exhaust for my 550F if you have anything….
Thank ya! I don't have any exhaust
Man cave warming party next🎊🎉🛵
The official open house is September 30th! I have the event on my Facebook page actually!
Love your video’s !!! I am trying to find a battery cover that is for a 1985 Honda Shadow 500 that pops into the rubber grommets , the cover goes on the left side!!! The bike belongs to my father and he is 78 years old now and bought it brand new one night someone stoled it of his bike and if you have any connections to try an find me one for him by X-mas, an his bike is metallic maroon with a little over 2500 miles and it has always been kept inside out of the weather and I don’t know how many years he has left, l have noticed a great change in him as he has gotten older. I would really like to find him a replacement and it doesn’t matter what color it is, l could have it painted to match his bike and try to find a Shadow 500 sticker to put on it after it’s painted if you could use your contact’s and find a used one or new!!!! Please help me!!!! And congratulations on your new place or shop keep making awesome videos ❤
Check out partzilla or cmsnl for what you are after
