Cheers for watching! It really was a fun time and we had no idea what we were getting in to. Beers are served like that here to keep a little bit of extra flavor on top. Believe me if you are to watch them settle they all come to exactly 500ml. You can also opt for a schnitt which is about 80 percent foam. A completely different experience indeed. 🍻

Happy to hear it! The best part for me at that place is everything is locally sourced. And you might have seen the staff take excursions to each of the locations so they feel connected to the products they are serving there. Cheers 🍻
