Most “zero attention span” asmr from other people still doesn’t keep my attention because of the way they quickly throw clips together and it’s usually sloppy and unbalanced.

Your voice is great, but whispering is pretty much physically painful to me and can give me meltdowns and unexpected whispers are really bad. I always feel safe when I see you marked a video as no talking or there are no talking sections!

Thank you for not using the word ADHD in your title 😊 ADHD is not about attention span, it’s a brain disorder that has to do with the frontal lobe, and the brain’s ability to regulate dopamine correctly which leads to dangerous attention deficits, memory issues and other terrible mental health stuff. ASMRtists are doing a lot of damage by pushing the narrative that fast and quickly changing triggers are a way to either diagnose or treat ADHD. I appreciate you for not using it in your titles ❤️

I love how each sound kinda of sonically blends into each other, like putting a bunch of brassy trigger near each other then slowly leading into a more trebly/scratchy sound

Ur lucky that asmr makes u sleep. Personnaly it relaxes me but since im a hopeless insomniac i cant rlly sleep. Its been 6 years that i haven t slept more than 6 hours a day for a week long. I usualy sleep 1 or 2 hours. So enjoy ur sleep ^^

@@KatzForSure yeah im old insomniac now. Pannick attacks, overthinking, depression... all of this is lincked. When u found what s wrong u cant fix it. But it s a long process. Personnaly, im blesses, i found the right soul to take care of me and that i take care of. Since we r the same it helps. That was the prob for me and now that i fixed it. The process of healing all that happend to me has started. ^^ thats so great. Hope u ll be as lucky as i am. ^^
Hey guys, your comments hit right where it hurts, so to speak. I too have serious anxiety and panic attack issues. They come and go, but when it flares up, sleep gets tough. I too am lucky these days when I get 6hrs a night and even that with medication. Listening to asmr helps too. Good luck to ya'll and thanks Zeitgeist for posting this for us.
