Vanessa realized this was her calling when a STRANGER needed someone to take care of her child, and this stranger just had a gut feeling that Vanessa was the right person after seeing her in the mall.
And she was RIGHT!
Vanessa took this AND her first couple acts of charity (she took in more people for FREE after this) and eventually scaled it to an extremely successful business.
She is now getting paid by the state to house young adults that are aged out of the foster system, provides them with case management, and prepares them for the workforce!

Almost every young adult that goes through her system is a a success story!!

Yes, I would love to contact Vanessa to start my Group homes. There is a very large need for adults, women, and children in my area to have housing no matter how they are in that situation. This has been a heartfelt endeavor for me for a longtime.

Ther Studio of Hope Corporation has been running "transitional housing" for the homeless for several years, we have a very simple program that we run as a "program" we rent residential homes and put 2 bunk beds in each room, charge $10 per night /$300 per month per bunk.
The money pays rent and utilities for the house, plus we provide work clothes and staple foods for our residents, everyone is required to have a job at all times! This is how we have ended homelessness for over 100 people each year. If you want to run a similar home, it is just as simple as I have just described. We allow people to pay rent in kind at 1 hour work is equal to 1 night stay, they clean, cook, do yard work etc., most people would rather pay the $10 than clean... For a financial breakdown, we generally have 10 people per house @ $300 per month each or $3,000.00 per month to pay expenses, in most jurisdictions you cannot have more than 12 unrelated people in one home without a sprinkler system or permit.

Is there a number I can call or is this lady just even having this place to make money and it's just that bad I'm so lost I just need to call someone to report this I am going to call the police but I just know there has to be some kind of other number out there
A single lady bought a home and claimed it as transitional housing I am the first person here I've been here for one month I was going to be until I was harassed out of my money that I had for a motel I have been abused I have been harassed and I have never seen more unlawful conduct and I am the only one in this house that is run down I don't know how to report this person and I don't even know if they even know what to call it but they call it transitional housing and they are new at whatever this is and all I know is I am so stressed out right now I can't even think straight that's how much abuse I've taken

Mike! Awesome that you are about to embark on the greatest, most fulfilling journey of your life. In all seriousness, just was it until you have your 1rst, 2nd amd 3rd group home up and runmung. Then use the goal setting sheet found in the GOLD COURSE and set big, acheiveable goals. 6 group homes in 2 yrs is totally doable. You can then hire someone to run them and travel the world!
