Still very much a beginner, but people say I’m a freak at running for a 46 y.o. guy. Currently around 4min/km pace, but I don’t often push, because I run solo 🤭 I stretch before and after, but that’s about it! Any tips on a good shoe for a guy in my situation? I got some Hoka Mach 4 recently, but I find them way too padded/squishy with little energy return. Good if I go longer at a slower pace I guess? 🤔 I feel like it’s time to get some shoes with even less support than the Sauconys, for a more natural feel, and more honest gait. Any ideas bro? I’d appreciate any advice if that’s cool. I looked at some Nike Alphafly pairs, but they’re sooo damn expensive here in England 😬
