Yyyyyyyesssssss!!!!!!!. I can't WAIT to watch Baker SHRED the league with stability for the first time in his career? He's NEVER had a chance to go into a season with the kind of chemistry with his targets that he'll have this coming season.
He's finally gonna get a preseason that he won't have to split reps with the 1s. Also, the O-line is very young and probably done with playing "musical chairs" (moving guys around to new positions). So the O-line will have added chemistry and maturity.
The running attack was dead last in YPC. It almost HAS to improve at least a little.
Plus, Licht is VERY good at drafting players who can immediately contribute.
As a cowboys fan I'm sad and happy. Happy for Baker and Bucs, sad because I'm witnessing what a competent competitive franchise looks like. If they waited longer, Mike Evans was gonna cost more and Baker was gonna be a $150 mil guy. But they didn't. Cowboys waiting is gonna make their cap situation worse than it already is

Going from job to job until unexpectedly the right one comes along. Congratulations Baker now shut your doubters mouth and make the playoffs again. They paid Evans because of you’re chemistry ⚛️ with him.!!
Jason Licht is a fantastic GM. We got a Super Bowl with Brady then right back to the playoffs with Baker and we’re able to keep Baker, Evans, and Winfield.
