Still in love with this game, it's easily one of the best party (also for smaller groups even 2) games of all time.
Agreed! I enjoyed it.. as an activity.
This is the best I’ve seen Tom Vassel look :’)
Scoring could be done this way. The the quicker someone gets it the more points you get. Points go down as more clues are given.
That looks like an amazingly fun game. I need to give this a try.
this is not only a great review but also an amazing tutorial that they should link to!
I really liked the music on this one!
I still confuse people while making "Toilet Paper" ,or "Marshmallow".

Does anybody use a bread box anymore Tom? I don't think so! :-)
The 'no time limit' rule is strange. I didn't like the game because...well...I'd rather play charades, it's better, more fun, and much, much faster!!
Walking is an activity. Mushroom picking is an activity. This has a board, pieces, is enjoyed for fun with friends - anyone else in the world would call this a game. Come on, Tom, no need to pigeon hole every single thing into your own tidy little drawers, it's totally unneccessary. If I invite friends over for a game of Concept am I inviting them over to enjoy an actvity? Or do I ask them to come over and play a cool new game? If it's not a game then why are you reviewing it? I love most of your game reviews, but you'd be a crushing bore as a music reviewer. The Beatles weren't Rock 'n' Roll, they were a skiffle/pop/indie combo.
alanpify I think that what Tom was trying to say is that you don't really play Concept as a game in which someone has to win and someone has to lose... Like Codenames is super fun, but to me it's more of a game in the strict sense of the word, two teams and one team clearly wins a round and you play more rounds, there's also a timer and so on... And the nature of the game is competitive... While Concept is more like, let's play concept, who cares about points, we try to guess the words and have fun while chilling and drinking something!
