probably most beutiful car ever made
never called myself a car dude. But I saw this on the road a few days ago and literally fell in love
My dream car
It runs really nice! I was always in favor of the V8s but now i wouldnt mind having that straight six either. Its all part of automotive history so i love it.
Years ago you couldn't give away a used six cylinder Mustang. About 1/3 of the first gen Mustangs were equipped with the I6. The I6 cars came from the factory with four lug wheels, smaller brakes, smaller rear axles, weaker suspensions, etc. They were built for economy and were derisively referred to as 'secretary's cars' or 'hairdresser's cars'. Few original six cylinder cars survive because most were used for parts to repair a battered V8 car or if the V8's body was too far gone the V8 bits were swapped into the six cylinder cars and the 6 cylinder engines and sundry parts were tossed in the bin. Because of their rarity, original six cylinder Mustangs are attracting the attention of collectors these days. The car in the video is a early model with the small 170 cid engine and quite rare. You won't win any races with an I6 Mustang but they can keep up with city traffic and they get fairly good gas mileage.

Yes
Kinda surprised how quiet it appears to be
Do all 65 gauge clusters wear out like that? Mine is dull too.
How much do you think the 170 is worth?
Love that manual steering. $2400 on the show room floor.
That's definitely hydraulic power steering, not manual. See how easy it turns when stopped.
How much is an approx cost?
A question: why he is driving on the left side of the road while his steering wheel is on the left side of the car.
Adam Asaad that happens when you drive an american car in UK.
