David, I just came across this video (a couple of years late), and it completely reinvigorated my interest in my BOSU. Some really outstanding moves here. That one where Pete's in a squat position, front leg on the BOSU, and then swings a med ball (with handles) diagonally in the direction of the front knee is, by itself, a core fryer. This is a keeper.
