The lack of sandy beaches are a blessing, It keeps the mass tourism at bay. The Azores are a treasure and need to be protected. Im building a home on Pico and will be there permanently soon (from Canada). It's a paradise on earth unlike any other. ❤
this id the moutains of atlantis
Did you build the house ?
@@eduardtarniceriu102 In progress and hopefully will be completed between a year or two.
@@HANK_SCORPI0 I hope this year i visit Azores , I'm also looking for a house to buy . I need to visit Madeira as well to see which one is better for me. Good luck with your project
I was in Pico last month and totally fell in love. I’ll relocate there someday.
The Azores has cool, chilly montane weather. When most tourists want to visit islands, they usually want somewhere warm and tropical it seems. That helps cut down on excessive tourists while also being attractive to people such as myself who enjoy cooler climates.
Lived in the Azores for several months, on the island of Teceira. Absolutely, breathtaking. Much more stunning than Hawaii.
This place is so beautiful~
I was looking for as much info as possible on Azores and I found you! So amazing! I hope you are doing great!!
Oh my gosh, Hey!! Are you planning a trip to the Azores then?? It's awesome! Hope you're all good Dafne!
Spend 10 days with my kids and wife in Sao Miguel it was incredible i cannot wait to go back again.
Thank you. I found your video outstanding! From the use of maps to the narrative and the use of language to be top notch.
Mentally, I have been ready for years and now it is a must destination.
Greetings from NYC.
Fantastic video! Thank you for putting this together. Beautifully made and informative! Looks like you really enjoyed your stay there. Cant wait to visit.
Wow the camera angles! the sights! so beautifully shot! You’ve really outdone yourself here. :)
It was a joy to watch this!!!
Finally a new video!
That place looks amazing. I didn't know about it and now I want to go there, too!
Azores are the perfect place after covid: czcams.com/video/lOqY5O3oJ8U/video.html
What an incredible journey. I will be in port for a day in San Miguel. But one day I want to come back to see the incredible wave at in Nazere Portugual. I can't wait to visit here. It looks so mysterious and beautiful.
Fabulous. Thank you. Going to the Azores today
What a masterpiece. Found this video, was blown away and explored your channel. This is the most criminally underrated channel on CZcams.
Soothing voice, compelling storytelling giving the viewers the good and bad of trips, beautiful edits, top tier cinematography, high production value.
I wish creators like you were rewarded by the algorithm gods more frequently. We need more of this content. Instant huge fan.
Best comment I’ve ever received! Wow thanks so much ☺️🙃
Great vid and strong story-telling. Thank you
Gosh I love your voice over.
It's so enjoyable.
Love your video. We first discovered São Miguel 7 years ago, it's beautiful but please do go visit the other Central group of islands, truly magical 😃
Well done on your climb! Climbing Pico is on my bucket list!!
Very nice video! Azores are amazing.
This was fun!
Immediately added to the list ✅ great video!
Lovely place to visit 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Your video editing skills 👌👏🙌 ...glad to have stumbled across your channel :D
Awesome video and incredible shots! I'd also love to climb Mt Pico one day, we only went to Flores and Sao Miguel last year. 🌞
Like your video! Cool atmosphere and voice )
I came here because i Was reading some info on atlantis and azores was mentioned.
Very nice ❤❤
Hope i can find a buddy to join me to Azores for a vacation next years
The islands look beautiful, great video.
Would you recommend the Azores for a honeymoon? for an active couple?
Hi, Great video! We are planning to go for a week in September. Out of interest, which car rental did you use, and were they any good?
Great choice going to Azores. It's on my list for to long now.
I don't know how to say it without being mean but you can do more than 2350m!! Pico is like an afternoon walk in the park in foggy weather. Next one please do Mount Teide and a small trek on El Hiero
Ahh yes! We were originally supposed to go to Tenerife and do the Mount Teide hike but it was around the time of the Ash cloud so we went to the Azores instead. Do not regret the switch one bit! The Azores was fantastic! Keep it on your list :)
You have to return to see Lagoa do Fogo with blue skies :)
Thanks for sharing your cool adventure to the azores. Very great video! We wanted to go this february too, but we changed plans because the weather should be then really cloudy 😄
I wanted to ask you, how you do this cool animated maps? Do you use a specific program?
Hey thanks! Hope you manage to rebook it okay when the weather’s better 👍 I draw the maps and use trim paths in After Effects to animate them 😊
When you did this trip did you stay in one house/hotel or did you move every night to different parts of the island ? We will be there in March and just wondering what the best way to see the whole island is
I didnt know they existed either one week ago😂 i booked a trip in november
Oh no! Not steaming smelly geezers!
I had exactly the experience at Lagoa do fogo 😂
تشرح الدرب البانورامي في هذا الفديوي و طوله و وين يبدا و يخلص
Damn that’s insane! How’s the price for getting there and travelling around? I may have to add this to my ever growing bucket list
Hmmm I’d say it’s pretty much the cost of Portugal mainland but then add a bit more for flights and the fact you have to rent a car. We bought our flights from the Uk and flew with Ryanair so they were pretty cheap (£100 return). 👍👍 add it to your bucket list! It’s gorgeous and so peaceful!
So funny the way you pronounce Azores, except for Miguel cousin of Michael (translation in English) that's perfect
63K views. Well, I am sure this video was all it took to pump up the tourism in the Azores. This video and Google Screen that let me know that Azores existed in the first place and then I found your video. Like if you now have it on your bucket list of places to go.
Thank you for your video but we want to keep this jem for us
Amazing! Did you have to do a COVID test to and from?
I believe we didn’t have to, just a vaccination certificate was enough but this was November now so I’m not sure if the rules have changed. We ended up getting one before anyway just in case 👀
Can you tell more about the options to travel between islands ? Thank you!
I believe there are ferries in the summertime but when we went the only option was to fly. There are a few flights each day from what I remember, we had to do a quick stop over on our way to Pico but it was pretty smooth.
What camera do you use ?
A Panasonic GH5 👍
How is it there in dec ?
We went in a November and it was super mild, so I imagine it would be similar in December 👍
I saw my beautiful friend Raisa
The best guide ever!!! 💕
Hiiii! What time of the year did you go ?!?
Hey! Early-Mid November. The Weather was way better than we expected. 18-20 degrees at sea level
@ExpLaura thank you ! I might go in april so I'll use your video as a reference!
@@GABDILIVE1 Did you go in April?
What was the weather like?
I'm still wandering if it's the right time to go - End of April/ Beginning of May.
@@tzveti hey ! Yeah I went in april. It's mostly always sunny and warm in the southern part of the island. When you go north or in the mountains it was 50% cloudy / rainy and 50% sunny. I recommend April. Less tourists. Weather is good. But the flowers weren't blooming yet (from what I can remember). Hope this helps.
@@GABDILIVE1 Thank you for the reply. ;)
Impeccable images. Keep up the good work.
I take this opportunity to invite you to follow "Azores, What Else", both here on CZcams, as on Instagram and other social networks.
Best regards.
Bring on masses and f.all up...
Azoors?
Sets seeyou dadgees?
Just say Azores...
They're from England, that's the British English way of saying it. I'm guessing you're American.
