Nice home, but I'm curious as to why most of the Florida builders are omitting a soaking tub for the master. I won't consider spending almost a mil on a home without a tub in the primary.
Most builder's have it as an option but probably only 20% of the buyers want it so they are disappearing as a standard item
Great video. One question why is this model's base price 50K more than the same model at Lakewood Ranch? Can you also do a video of the John Canon model at Skye Ranch? Can you give prices of the houses as is or the base price? This way one has an idea.
Peter you’ll get price variations from community to community, it has to do with land acquisition costs. I see it all the time

How much for this home?
I don't post any of the builders prices since they will be out dated by the time I press enter but I have a link which shows the real time base pricing. Keep in mind you'll add lot premium, structural upgrades then design upgrades. Keep in mind Taylor Morrison's policy is if you input a question online for a community and you do not list your Realtor's name, broker name and contact number they will not pay a commission.
