Thank you my friend, I have installed and configured samba, dlna, docker and porttainer with my own effort and turned my raspberry pi zero 2 into a NAS.
Also, I used the samsung evo plus 128gb (v30 a2) ext4 card installed in zero 2 as storage unit, during the rpi os installation, by deleting the resize commands from the cmdline file, I manually (with gparted) upgraded the existing root file to 5gb and a separate disk from the remaining part. I created, .this is also about 115 GB partition I created, I defined samba and dlna ,card is connected to ethernet adapter via usb and transfers data at 11mb/s per second (Samba) linux to windows
lol love the intro it’s so tiny I tried following network Chuck’s video having a problem setting my raspberry pie zero w 2 trying to do a NAS Every time I try to SSH into it it says it’s the wrong password I was doing it for my Mac at 1st) using terminal with only the one plugged in. I was using the default host name and then when I tried to SSH using IP address and it asked for a password I put in the one I made and it did not work am I missing a step. I looked up everything else on how to find the IP address the commands to use to SSH into it. I don’t know anyone that knows anything about raspberry pi so I turn to the forms and CZcams any help would be appreciated
You don’t NEED docker but it usually makes things easier (once you learn it). You can certainly host a website and PiHole without it by just installing your stuff directly onto whatever Linux distro you go with.
@@RaidOwl Yeah I managed to grab a Pi Zero 2 W early on so I got it for $15, and haven't messed with it yet. I had thoughts of building a internal home page for my house and also Pi-Hole. Dockers seems a bit much for me right now... I just migrated my TrueNAS Core box to Scale so I might play with Docker on that.

Hey new to the raspberry pi community I got my pi 0w and I tried installing jellyfin but it always said that ram crashed , so tried docker method no luck (tryed Plex with docker but wassant able to pull the image as it kept on saying no image found ) can you pls point me the wright direction I just wanna set up a pihole and a jellyfin server which can access all my content throught a ftp/smb server all ready running locally with almost 5tb of storage . Thankyou in andvance

I think you are right @κα Νενας, I could not install docker on pizero 2w. Raid Owl started the intro as a joke, I think the whole video is a joke. I also read in the docs for Docker: To install Docker Engine, you need the 64-bit version of one of these Ubuntu versions:
@@rafiekalibuxfulguys you CAN run docker. Check the correct section and it has instructions for RPI OS 32-bit. Mine works. If you have Zero 2W you can install the 64-bit OS, if it is the 1st one, then use everything in 32 bit.

Can I use it to run prawlaar,sonar, transmission and jellyfin on it ? Can it handle it?
Transmission and Prowlarr should be fine but it’ll struggle with Jellyfin
