Same! I do have the hightops as for over a year now. My friends keep telling me that the size 39 best fits me and looks at my feet better than the 40, but im really 40 in dior sizing, they said that the 40 looks big on me and makes me like mcdonalds so i got the 39 and looks great on me, only that after using it for several hours of walking it hurts my pinky toe and cause blisters on it due to narrow shoe end. Even though i have break-in the shoes it still hurts. I bought a silicone toe protector to prevent it from having blisters and it did! but still the narrow end still hurts my feet in heavy & long walking. My feet slide towards the end of the shoe (toebox area) and hurts alot
Beauty is made to hurt, everything that is beautiful hurts. I think this phrase fits your life dilemma. I would risk staying in 39 since everyone around you thinks it's beautiful in you
Can i ask do you think these will be a classic shoe or go out of style really quickly? As im thinking of purchasing them despite being on a budget so I only want to invest in classic shoes that will be in fashion in the next 5 years let me know your advice? great video btw :)
I think these are fairly classic because of the shape and the Dior oblique design is relatively old and like the LV monogram is not likely to go out of style. I'm not sure how these will age over time though due to the amount of plastic and rubber used.

Hmm they don't breathe that well; it's technical canvas, but it's not fabric - feels more like a double layer of nylon mesh, but it's also laminated with plastic.
I've only started to wear them recently with the warmer weather and they seem to be holding up fine, but they get dirty really easily. The semi-soft plastic/rubber texture makes it hard to completely clean though.
john du they’re like a medium fit; it’s not cushioned inside, so it allows for more stretching, but can be uncomfortable if you’re not wearing thick enough socks or any socks at all

The low tops seem better. This could have been a collab between Dior & Converse as these look like converse’s with the Dior branding.

I would recommend you to take size 46 and the high top montant.
