I enjoy labbing; I get joy from beating up a dummy player and figuring a fighter out. So I've been on scorpion a few days, decided i look up how others combo and wow - the uploader is absolute 🔥.

Ok so can someone tell me if this combo is even possible with scorpion been trying it and I cannot make it click for me and it might just be because it’s not supposed to work its forward 3, 1, 2, into a teleport I can get the basic down but the teleport just won’t go off

I'm a dual scorpy player and people who say he is bottom tier really mean there are easier heroes to use. To get the best outra scorpy you have to be on point with timing and the work rate is higher. But he is awsome and so is zero when used right. Respect 4 the clips

1:40 I did this without 2 kicks, did it with a triangle hit and only 1 circle kick and did the rest cuz cant get the timing and did only 481 dmg when I ex-d where I had to, is the 2 kicks that important?

Netherrelm needs to buff scorpion by making his amp teleport a regular cancel like how the smoke cancel is, and make his amp teleport launch again. spread the word🙏🏾
Making his amp teleport a launcher is kinda hard since in mk11 he had a sword to launch the opponent up but I like the ideas either way

The enhanced tele already starts combos, and you can actually cancel it. The difference is that it doesn't function the same way that Smoke's does because frame data

MK1's Scorpion is at least 10x more stylish than MK11's

But he sucks though. 10X’s better in MK11. This game His ground teleport is slow af & useless can’t even combo with it like you could in MK11. No teleport cancels to right next to your opponent or far away to mix them up. He has no low or overhead starters. 🗑️ In MK11 he had it all! & could be unpredictable. In MK1 you have to rely on strictly whiff punishing.

Dope combos, but you’ll never do them in a real match. They fked my main 🦂 up this Game 🤦🏾♂️ His ground teleport should’ve been left now it was in MKX & 11. Comboable & in 11 cancelable next 2 or far away from your opponent. His spear being a stun is the only good thing they’ve done for him this game.

I don't ever want to hear about Scorpion being low tier, only Quan chi and Sub zero can make that argument now
Those 60%+ combos are extremely situational and not likely to happen in a real match. The 30-50% combos are average damage in this game and Scorpion has to spend way more resources to make that happen than the top tiers. The game as a whole is pretty balanced so you can definitely win with him, but he's still one of the weaker characters.
