Yes sis...congrats on doing you in Denver! You're right...there's a sizable Black population in the area. Look for meetups and related activites that cater to the community. Also, my husband and I have a quarterly contract with a minority owned cleaning company here in PDX. It's the best ever! They come out and deep clean our place which gives us back our time together and gives them the business they need to stay in business. As always, thanks so much for sharing...

I've had a lot of convos with friends about bicyclists, and we all believe that bicyclists are just some of the meanest bunch of people out there. They always seem so angry about the entire world. I don't really know why the bicyclist culture is so unhappy and full of rage... and maybe Im wrong. But when you said you were going to do that, I just thought 'damn girl, you are brave!'
Casual cyclists are usually fine but hardcore cyclists are some of the most arrogant and rude people on the planet it’s true 😂 I enjoy cycling a lot but the wanna be pros are next level crazy 🤡
Haven’t spin in a long while but when I did I bought the seat and boy oh boy was that a good purchase. What I call dry spinning( when u have on nothing) it’s a killer. Keep up the good work. Waiting on warmer weather to get back in the pool. Hang in there u got this!

There is a city for everyone and I can see why you chose Denver as the flying is diverse and with your fit self and love for outdoors I know you will find connections as you put yourself out there and always keep your head up high and have a strong backbone. For me Denver would not work.
