The extra lines were for the Other region, which it clearly states on the website that it works everywhere but Europe. My friend and I live in Brazil. Since he happens to have the Europe version, the code didn't work. I contacted BSG and they basically flipped me off. No refund and no upgrade of the key. BSG straight up robbed me of 42 dollars + transaction fees.

This is just straight up worse because they're adding more stuff like the Mark, which affects actual in-raid. A bunch of weapons, bullets, storage at the start who really cares, items come and go in Tarkov. But stuff like scavs not agroing on you, or you simply always carrying more loot out of the raid (Now pockets + gamma) than people who paid less, that's messed up.
This new edition is Nikita no longer being a hypocrite and telling us straight up to go fuck ourselves. The game has MAJOR shortcomings in terms of cheating, performance, desync and audio. EoD owners have put up with so much bullshit expecting everything released for the game made available for us. If they don't back pedal or compensate EoD owners, I will recommend against getting this game and only bad mouth the studio.

After the Arena fiasco they still pulled this, and you don't think they won't try it again in the future regardless of back peddling or not? Im totally with you G; the presistent offline co-op character not being a DLC is absolutely crazy! I mean it is a huge part of the game that many of us have been waiting for since soo long. Wipes are fun and all, but if you work 5-6 days a week you just never get to the end game quests before the next wipe, so how are we supposed to experience that then if this game mode is only available trough the highest edition? Yes, the boosts are weird and all, but the fact that this edition has everything that EOD had (like all DLC acces/Season Pass) and even more, is making EOD a totally meaningless thing right now, makes us feel like BSG doesn't care about us who were here trough all the rough times. I personally can only see two ways of accepting this new edition; either take away the DLC acces/Season pass from Unheard, so we who supported the game for a long time still have something that's actually special and limited about EOD. Or make the offline co-op presistent character thing a DLC as it should be and give that part to EOD owners too. Honestly if they did either of that instead of what they did, I probably would save up and buy the new edition in a few months to keep supporting them... but disrespecting us like this? Yea thats probably a final uninstall for me no matter how much I love the game.

Respect for actually having the balls to call this a robbery. a good number of other creators I have heard say " oh its fine its not pay to win." or "oh but you have been playing for over a year for a price of 150 dollars." (way more in my country it was around 210 since inflation.) The number of things that we have been lied about is a kick in the forehead. The number of things we have been told would never happen are now hear out of thin air with no warning or info before. We would never get a PVE or Single player mode nikita said time after time again. Those cool bonus knives we are getting. those are 5.99 Base unity story assets. Most of the setup for the single player mode. With its QOL and features. have been a core part of SPT for almost 3 years.

it actually is starting to feel like that, Nikita said they are “rushing towards a 1.0 release” yet so many issues still ruin the game to this day, every update that comes out and doesn’t fix any core issues (performance, desync, and cheaters) pushes me towards feeling this is a rug pull cash grab that other early access games do. Guess only difference is we were able to beta test their semi functioning game all these years.
Nobody actually knows this but bsg previously had other name, absolut soft and they had a game called hired ops, they did exactly the same that they are doing now to tarkov and after release abandoned the game

This is a very important input coming from such a big creator in the community, watching the video Pestily posted earlier this morning where he had nothing to say aside from good things about this new package was kind of frustrating.

As someone who just started a couple months ago and is sub 300 hours, I completely understand how EOD owners feel. Unfortunately, I got the game late and could only get the prep for escape edition. Desperately wanting the gamma container I was praying a new edition would come out where I could get it. To my absolute shock I paid $155 just to upgrade for basically one thing even though there were many quality of life changes like the pocket size and even stash size. This big of a price gouge is insane to me. If I had EOD, I wouldn’t have thought twice about getting this edition. It would have been a HELL NO. I respect your opinion on this and you are 100% correct. Hopefully they try to make things right with EOD owners or at least get the game into a better state because I still think it has massive upside potential.
Already down $280 Aud for the EoD version. Thats an insane amount of money for what we received. Now expecting another $150 to get single player is just insane. Marketing this game at $430 AUD only reflects on how out of touch BSG are - and the lack of BSG's forsight towards ongoing revenue to support the game.

worst part is that even if they were to completely roll this back and apologize - the trust is gone the damage is done. we cant trust them again to not spit in our face later down the track.
Got the normal edition in 2017. Upgraded to eod in 2020 or so because i thought "damn its getting were i thought it would be". And since the upgrade its one downfall after the other: - breaking promises(no mtx) - trying to hide dlcs as none dlcs (arena) - weird change decisions (removing sneaking, cant drop a "out of raid" item for a friends hideout) - game Breaking bugs that stayed for long periods(it took them 1 year or more to fix the bug in which no one made a sound when falling down somewhere) - nearly no (visible) progress in key aspects of the game (ai for example) I lost all hope and even If they roll back the unheared edition(what they cant do because people bought it) i dont think i can trust them as a company and stay at a distance in the future.

As an player since 2018 just as you i totally agree. EOD was the top notch you could buy to support the game EARLY, and you would have access to it all in future for that. But now they piss on us.
The most sadder thing in this video is the end where we can see the sadness in your face.. i felt the same when they added the "stash expansion" .. after that i knew it is going to be a pay to win game.. bcz if you have the standard edition and if you are just started the wipe you really struggle with your inventory.. i really hope that new EFT like game you streamed a few days ago will not make these mistakes and be better than Tarkov.. :(

I would be ok with only receiving the new game mode as an EOD owner and the rest I need to pay for as all new content was suppose to be free for EOD owners, but the fact that this game mode is now only available behind this huge pay wall made me fume slightly. PVE mode is free to EOD owners if you own EOD and you go to the store it will also say you own the PVE expansion.

I had suspicions before but now am convinced this shit and 1.0 release are the final money grab. They are going to abandon the game and leave us holding the biggest bag of scam in history.
it actually is starting to feel like that, Nikita said they are “rushing towards a 1.0 release” yet so many issues still ruin the game to this day, every update that comes out and doesn’t fix any core issues (performance, desync, and cheaters) pushes me towards feeling this is a rug pull cash grab that other early access games do.
Guess only difference is we were able to beta test their semi functioning game all these years.

Nobody actually knows this but bsg previously had other name, absolut soft and they had a game called hired ops, they did exactly the same that they are doing now to tarkov and after release abandoned the game

I hear ya in every way. You're right on. I have EOD too. all I can think of with the unheard Edition is that it's for tarkov tourists: Giving the casual a player a bump and the option to not get murdered by seasoned players. I kind of get the idea of the package....but not at that pricing

As someone who just started a couple months ago and is sub 300 hours, I completely understand how EOD owners feel. Unfortunately, I got the game late and could only get the prep for escape edition. Desperately wanting the gamma container I was praying a new edition would come out where I could get it. To my absolute shock I paid $155 just to upgrade for basically one thing even though there were many quality of life changes like the pocket size and even stash size. This big of a price gouge is insane to me. If I had EOD, I wouldn’t have thought twice about getting this edition. It would have been a HELL NO. I respect your opinion on this and you are 100% correct. Hopefully they try to make things right with EOD owners or at least get the game into a better state because I still think it has massive upside potential.

Already down $280 Aud for the EoD version. Thats an insane amount of money for what we received. Now expecting another $150 to get single player is just insane. Marketing this game at $430 AUD only reflects on how out of touch BSG are - and the lack of BSG's forsight towards ongoing revenue to support the game.

Got the normal edition in 2017. Upgraded to eod in 2020 or so because i thought "damn its getting were i thought it would be". And since the upgrade its one downfall after the other:
- breaking promises(no mtx)
- trying to hide dlcs as none dlcs (arena)
- weird change decisions (removing sneaking, cant drop a "out of raid" item for a friends hideout)
- game Breaking bugs that stayed for long periods(it took them 1 year or more to fix the bug in which no one made a sound when falling down somewhere)
- nearly no (visible) progress in key aspects of the game (ai for example)
I lost all hope and even If they roll back the unheared edition(what they cant do because people bought it) i dont think i can trust them as a company and stay at a distance in the future.

As an player since 2018 just as you i totally agree. EOD was the top notch you could buy to support the game EARLY, and you would have access to it all in future for that.

I think you are being incredibly humble relating to your role in the community (this is a compliment). And I agree with you. I would be ok with only receiving the new game mode as an EOD owner and the rest I need to pay for as all new content was suppose to be free for EOD owners, but the fact that this game mode is now only available behind this huge pay wall made me fume slightly. I took my $95 and preordered the new WoW expansion. Im officially going to write off this game permanently if they don’t fix this. I don’t mind paying for small thing that don’t effect the game play but man there is a line and they crossed it. Been supporting this company since 2016 and have purchased multiple EOD accounts for myself and friends! Hoping to share this amazing game that has a ton of potential. Glad to know they are throwing it all away.
